The delivery team was very friendly and delivered and installed the sofa-bed upstairs with no issues at all. We were shown how to use the sofa-bed and any questions were answered. Very professional service.

Wonderful customer service today when we popped into the Team Valley store from Nikki and Kelly. No hard sell and really appreciate the time spent with us helping us choose the perfect chair and couch. Really relaxed atmosphere. Can’t fault our experience.

Cannot fault SCS or their lovely delivery staff. Getting the suite into my home was very awkward, due to the layout of the house, but they got it in and installed in no time at all. Lovely guys and very friendly and courteous. I am over the moon with my new suite. I wasn't able to accept the suite on the original delivery date as my flooring wasn't finished, but they helped me out hugely.

1st class delivery service!! We were kept informed on updates re delivery. The two lads were professional, courteous and respectful of our property. The sofa was unpacked and installed very efficiently, instructions relayed well and all packaging removed. BRILLIANT!!!

Two month old sofa is sagging and has dropped. Recliner already making horrific clunking noises. Left messages for a call back FOUR times had no response at all. At the end of my tether with this company. Save your money. Don’t waste your time. Happy to take your money but don’t respond when there’s a problem. Sofa was only delivered 9th May! I want my money back!

The sales assistant jane went over and above to advise on the sofa detailing the size of our room the specifications of the corner sofa the positioning to maximise the overall look of the sitting room she gave good advice however she did not pressure us to close the sale ..she was friendly well done jane good job Beverley and Alice ✋️two corner sofas purchased lol 😆 xx

Order not so good, heard nothing for 2 month then when contacted did not have the colour material and had to make another choice, that became a new order. The sofa was paid for by this time. New order made 3 month later arrived, and it's lovely no complaints except the foot stool is the original colour choice and does not match the sofas. SCS contacted and foot stool will be replaced with the correct colour material. I won't hold my breath for how long this will take. The whole time the customer service has been very good apologetic and helpful. Overall we love the new sofas.

Delivery was a 5 ☆ Reliable on time gave good communication for arrival. Efficient placing furniture and set up. Took rubbish away. Contacted Scs for query to support customer.

Moving on to September and still no footstool. Call recieved from SCS to enquie on the colour of the footstool as its thought they may have ordered the wrong colour again. Patiently waiting for the delivery at the end of the month. Still not holding my breath.

The delivery crew rang about an hour before our expected slot and asked if they could come early. They arrived promptly and installed the furniture despite awkward access and were very friendly and professional.

Had an amazing experience in the Gateshead store on the team valley. Jane was looking after us she was professional and very knowledgeable on the products. Highly recommend.

I was kept well informed about my delivery date and time. The guys called me to let me know they were coming about 1/2 hour before.

Terrible experience with SCS and it’s still ongoing. 3 piece suite ordered back in January, delayed delivery, eventually arrived. Damaged. Now trying to sort out getting new parts. There is absolutely nobody to speak to! Customer services don’t answer the phone or call you back. Emails are unanswered. Live chat doesn’t work. In store sales staff promise you everything, regular calls and then that doesn’t even happen!!! Do not recommend.

Very positive experience today at SCS Gateshead. Jane was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. Really glad I called in today and looking forward to delivery of my new sofa and chair.

Delivery drivers were excellent & very polite & on time,delivered with care
