The product is very good, however we are very dissatisfied with the colour from the swatch in the shop to the product received.

I had to contact the store to ask when delivery would be to be informed it was a week later and I should have received a text to notify me I never received the text. However was kept up to date with delivery to the point I got a 40 minute slot and the delivery arrive within that slot.

Steven and Kai arrived at our house prompt. Moved furniture into our house without any damage.
Very polite and everything sorted within 20 to 30 minutes.

During two visits to the sore your sales advisor (Steve) was eager to understand our requirements and then patiently guided us through the large range of styles and fabrics making it relatively easy for us to arrive at our final choice.

The delivery experience was fantastic from beginning to end. The communication prior to delivery date was excellent. I received a text and Email on morning of delivery with a shorter window and tracking link. Delivery driver rang me when they were 15 minutes away. They were both friendly and efficient and explained everything in detail. Excellent 5 star service!
I would also like to thank Dave from Team Valley, Gateshead store. He was extremely helpful in store when my husband & I were browsing. There was no pressure or hard sell, allowed us to browse and left us to call on him for help and advice. He was brilliant. A fabulous store too with the most gorgeous aroma when you walk in.

Gateshead team valley store needs to be avoided.

We were told the extended warranty was included in the price of the settees. The final price didn’t add up so we went back into store to question this and also because we didn’t receive a receipt which was because our order was ‘lost in the cloud’ We were then told we paid an extra 12% for the warranty which was absolutely not what we were told when purchasing the settees. We were called liars by the store and barked at by staff. The regional manager got involved and it ended up coming out that we were missold it. Yet to receive an apology for the accusations that were made against us.

3 months later and the wrong settees came!!!! We had signed the correct order then the store changed the order without our signature on. We were turned away from the store twice while trying to sort this so called customer services who were amazing and sorted out a new order within 30 minutes. They also informed us it was the manager who changed our order manually. The manager tried denying this saying it was a fault ‘in the cloud’. We had the drag an apologise out of her which was full of attitude. Comments like ‘what do you want me to do?’ ‘You have settees so what’s the issue?’ As well as being quizzed on why we went into store to speak to her when we had already spoken to customer services. This was not the case we had called customer services after being turned away from store for the second time to which she called me a liar. She also tried to tell us to get a new settee we would have to wait until a technician came out and write a report to say it was the wrong settee. She threatened to take the settees away when I explained it wasn’t a product I ordered or wanted but we’ve been left with no choice to keep them for the time being due to disposing of our old ones prior to delivery (bad mistake!!). My husband has arthritis in this back and 2 slipped discs resting on nerves which is why we ordered new settees with lumbar support but instead we are left we an extremely uncomfortable settee which is too big for our room for the next 3 months until our new one arrived.
The WORST experience from the team valley store. Staff contradicted each other, full of attitude, condescending, patronising and sarcastic.
A genuine apologise and rectifying and admitting their mistakes is all we would have asked for. We should not have had to fight for this while being greeted with hostility.

Very friendly and helpful. Knew the stock in the shop. Gave advice on protecting furniture as I have a dog. But did not push the product and I took it. All in all a very good service.

Warm friendly member of staff. Think we could have been offered an incentive as not taking finance! Will wait for delivery to comment on satisfaction with quality and further service
