Step by step help to decide correct road to new suite very very helpful

Delivery was very good. Phoned to let me know when they were on the way. Handled everything with care and helped set the couch up and placed it where we wanted it.

The sales staff help choose the correct chairs my wife was looking for with no sales jargon or pressure

Having visited numerous retailers, we found the service given by Steve was second to none. Very knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy like some other retailers. Very happy with the service so far and awaiting delivery of our suite in September.

We were helped at the Stirling branch by Steve. He was very accommodating and supported us through the whole process. Steve was very friendly and chatty making the experience a lot more enjoyable and successful. He was also very enthusiastic and knowledgable about his job making our decision much easier. Raymond was the first sales specialist to ask me and to really listen to what I needed. He was professional and I appreciated he did not waste my time looking at unsuitable sofas. He approached me but was not over bearing and gave me time and just the correct amount of assistance I needed. He was also super friendly. What a great range of sofas - all customizable in the biggest range of fabrics seen ! Very happy with assistance given after purchase and help with shipping/ courier service.

I went back to change the size off my sofa salesman was not very pleasant about it it was the very next day he made me like cancelling my order

We had no problems. The salesman in Stirling was very helpful and non pushy. The suite arrived at the time stated and the delivery staff were on time and very helpful. Oh, and by the way, the furniture so far is great for sitting on.

Raymond was fantastic , very nice and totally knew his sofas , didn’t pester us or anything left us until we needed him . Hadn’t intended to buy but he made it stressless and helped us , great job

I was really happy with the service I received in store couldn't be happier with the gentleman that served us he was very professional from start to finish but what we wernt happy with was once we bought our sofa we told him we were collecting our sofa and he told us that there was no such thing any longer since you guys took over as a SOLD SIGN so we have to put up with people ie. Chilldern jumping all over the sofa ee just paid our hard earned money for, so No we're not happy with that at all.
