Excellent customer service from ScS
Excellent customer service from the moment I walk in to the store I ordered a sofa 2 week before delivery the sofa company went in to receivership. The manager of the Rotherham store contacted me and asked me to call in to the store. Every member of staff. Was happy to help I pick another sofa and everything went smoothly from there the delivery went very well I was kept informed of time of delivery. When the sofa arrived josh and Kyle took grate care and made sure I was happy with everything before the left. I have to say thank you to all the staff for your excellent customer service

Totally fantastic service
From start to finish I have been really impressed with SCS and Marc and Danny who delivered our furniture and installed it were absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend them.

QUALITY SERVICE
The manager and staff of the Rotherham Parkgate store were most helpful and informative and did not use aggressive selling, unlike some other shops.
We hope that the sofas (when they arrive) are of a similar high standard.

We had a very pleasant visit with no high-pressure sales tactics or staff pouncing on us as soon as we entered. The sales area was very clean and well-presented, as were the staff. We were allowed to browse freely, and when we needed assistance, we informed Ellie, one of the salespeople, that we were considering other options. Ellie was very professional and simply said, "If you change your mind, please call back." After visiting all the other furniture shops in the retail park, we returned to ScS due to Ellie's professionalism and purchased two suites. This review is solely based on our experience with the sales staff and the showroom, as we haven't received our furniture yet. Ellie, we hope that you had a great holiday with the girls?

Sofas look great and our delivery team were brilliant all sorted no help needed and rook rubbish away. We ordered the sofas online so didn't have much to do with the sales team but the delivery guys were 5 stars

Overall good experience.
Did take a little longer than the original estimated date of delivery but once it came, it was brought in and unpacked in about 15 mins, they put dust sheets down to protect my new carpet and left zero mess behind, can't fault them.

Excellent Customer Service
Had a good experience in store - staff were helpful and understanding. Delivery team were excellent - got in touch via phone to give an estimated delivery time and arrived within that time - Matt & Dave checked where the sofa was going to be put and which was the best access and delivered it with respect to my property and the sofa - they were polite and really nice.
