From the service in store at Norwich and the way we us updated about the delivery was 10 out of 10. The delivery guys also called us with an ETA on delivery and all was delivered on time.
The sofa was delivered and unwrapped to room of choice and we are very pleased with our purchase. We would definitely recommend to friends and family

After ordering was told delivery of 5.6.2026. Delivered 19.5.2026.The service was excellent. Plenty of notification about delivery times. Very polite service. Only downside was that the gliders were not supplied as ordered. I was advised that they would be sent on or delivered & fitted. On reflection I hope that someone comes to fit them as I would be unable to do this myself.

Purchased a sofa in December, had issues with the cushions sagging/failing as early as January. Reported the issues, followed scs guidelines and procedures. Had emmiera come out and inspect the furniture, they told me the cushions were failing and pads needed to be added. I refused as why should a brand new sofa need cutting open and pads being added?? Emmiera reported back to scs, no fault found! Since following up with emails stating I wanted the furniture colllected and a refund given, scs have now deadlocked my emails. Found this out by visiting the store again. Avoid this company at all costs. £2800 down the drain. If you do decide to buy a sofa from these crooks, join the Facebook group first, read the reviews and decide yourself.

I was kept informed during my wait for the delivery of the chair I ordered. Delivery was quick and efficient by pleasant staff. Chair was delivered intact with no complications.

My purchase was delivered ahead of schedule. Installation was carried out by 2 well trained employees. There was a problem and it was rectified quickly. All packaging was removed and the area was left clean and tidy.

From the shop to delivery, everything great. Lad in shop was very helpful, but not pushy. Kept informed of delivery every step of the way. Only problem was delaying delivery could not get through on Phone, sat for hours on hold.. then I rang the Norwich store who arranged delivery another day. Delivery guys very helpful.

The delivery men kept in contact to let me know when they were arriving. They were delivering a corner sofa. They had to take all the packaging off before bringing it into the house. They first tried to get the corner part through my front door. This got stuck on the door handle and tore the material on the underneath as they carried on pulling it I had to tell them the handle was stuck on the wood so they forced it through the door frame. The underneath I suppose doesn't matter as its on the bottom. The top of the cushion has been pushed in so much it does not sit properly this I only noticed after they had left. To get the rest into the house they carried it above the side fence and through my patio doors. I did ask if they worked for scs which they said they were contracted. I paid 2300.00 and didn't expect it to be forced into my home minus the protective packaging.

I found the staff extremely helpful and informative. A very pleasant experience.
