Lorraine was absolutely fantastic. Polite and gave us time and space to look around, but available to answer questions when needed. Very informative on how the agreements worked and knowledgeable on sofa specs. Highly recommend having a look around, just remember to ask for Lorraine!

The staff was very helpful polite no sale pressure I had a lovely friendly relaxed visit sadly I didn’t catch the first girl I spoke to name I browsed the huge selection of sofas I basically knew what I was looking for so my first visit was only 20 mins as seen exactly what I wanted.
I returned the next day to order my new sofas.
I am extremely happy with the style colour and quality, I spoke to Lorraine she was very helpful lovely to speak to her there was no sales pressure she placed my order sadly 12 weeks approximately for delivery but the wait will be well worth it.

They were very friendly and helpful. The room was small for them, but they managed it fine. They were careful and considerate. Lovely drivers.

On our first visit to the store Lorraine could not have been more helpful, very knowledgeable of the products we were interested in. On our 2nd visit to look again she remembered us and again can not fault her attentivness, we decided on the sofa we liked and Lorraine assisted us in our colour choices , when we eventually decided what we wanted, Lorraine ran through all our details and explained the breakdown of our price in full. Lorraine is definitely a credit to the business and we will be back to potentially purchase some further items of furniture and tell our friends about our experience at Poltronesofa and to ask for Lorraine

We visited the Livingstone store on a quiet Tuesday evening, and we were allowed to try the sofa bed we were interested in, and not pressured for a sale - always refreshing!
Your sales lady was very professional & attentive without being pushy. She helped us with sizes & fabric choice, making sure we got exactly what we were looking for.

The store was very nice with a good range of Sofa’s we would have considered but the help from the Staff (Anita) was particularly helpful with some great advice and suggestions, the choice of finishes on the sofa really suited our tastes so we were happy to order.

The delivery guys were super helpful, can’t thank them enough, although not the toughest to get in they managed very well and were polite and respectful, thanks again!

On a final statement the Sofa did not take as long to arrive as expected, this was a welcome bonus, so far all positive for us! Thank you.

Plus points The in store staff member Lorraine was very helpful and patient when we were trying to decide on our suite. Also found that there was a good range of sofas to choose from. We have only had the sofas a week and are happy with them so far.
Negative points the delivery was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and they were unable to reschedule the delivery for 6 days. When we complained and asked about compensation we were told someone would call us back after the bank holiday as no managers were working needless to say no phone call was received.

On visiting the Livingston store I had a very warm welcome from Lorraine who was very helpful and explained about the range of sofas materials, colours and savings and was happy to answer any questions there was no hard push for a sale.

Buying the suite was a pleasure at the Livingston branch … what the letdown was with the delivery. Advised of delivery window . Didn’t turn up no contact . I had to contact head office the next day and was lied too with two different issues… then told it would be delivered two weeks later. Told them I live with my 80 year old mother in law and we got rid of old suite. They didn’t care … . To ad insult to injury . After the branch manager bent over backwards to help us... Head office sent a confirmation of delivery …. Which I had received the suite . Then another email to say delivered with a forged signature .. Unacceptable will be informing trade and standards.

Couch very comfy and just as I remember sitting on it the first time! worth the 5 month wait!
