We ordered a chair for the same colour of a suit we bought and received last year... the chair delivered was the wrong colour.. the store admit their sales person made an error in the order however as that was the colour on the form then they will not be exchanging it........

The sale was first class, as was the delivery drivers. The problem was with the delivery times, first time was between 13:00 and 19:00, the day before i received a phone call from 07438 790312 asking if it would be possible to deliver it between 10:00 and 11:00. I then received a text saying 16:45 and 17:10. It actually turned up at 15:00 when i was in the shower. The drivers done their best to rectify the situation and thanks to them the delivery was made.

Both the sofa and chairs arrived at the day and times advised. No problems with the delivery crews however, the finished quality of the products has left a lot to be desired.
I will be contacting the showroom where purchased with my observations.

Visited the store on Saturday staff were great very helpful no pressure sales just information and advice. Returned on the Sunday spoke to the same member of staff (john) and got exactly what we required in about an hour. First class service

From the day I ordered my suite, everything was done really well. My suite is beautiful and was delivered 2 weeks before the delivery date I was given. The 2 boys who delivered were fast and very efficient. First class experience. Thank you.

The sales woman was very attentive she remembered us from our first visit 6 month ago and we bought the sofas we were intending bying 6 months ago she was very helpfull.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the process was seamless.

The lady whom we met going into the shop explained all relevant things we needed to know then left us in peace to peruse at our leisure,she returned to us at our request,she was pleasant and professional.

Range of furniture was excellent and Anita was friendly helpful and had an in depth knowledge of the range of products.
Approved uplifts and removals were selected by Anita for the furniture delivery and Jay assisted by Ben were outstanding in ensuring that the furniture was delivered and placed in the room with care and expertise.
