My sofa was delivered by two exceptionally nice young guys, they did an excellent job, getting it into my room and unwrapping and setting it up. They gave me a demo on working the electrics. All wrapping was removed and they were really respectful and pleasant. The sofa itself is stunning and excellent quality, very comfortable too. When I visited the store in Kirkcaldy the staff were efficient, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. An all round highly satisfactory experience. Highly recommend purchasing from this store as the range and styles are superb and it was a pleasure to buy from them.

We ordered 2 power chairs in September got them in February 1 of them the heated seat stopped working beginning of march had to order a new heat pad which is taking 12 weeks to come 2nd chair exactly the same beginning of April done so many phone calls as I was having to wait another 12 weeks for the 2nd chair .... now they've cut it down to 2 weeks so hopefully that is when the 1st one is due to arrive....now my WiFi isn't working on 1 of them and they aren't very comfy as we feel cables digging into our back ....does anyone think I should go for a refund 🤔.....well got repair done to 1st chair and the seat of the chair has a very thin layer of dacron between the heat pad and the seat which is how you can feel the wires .....phoned about the pad for the 2nd chair which is now not due till middle of June so I said I wasn't happy with the comfort of the chairs but I have to wait now until the second chair is repaired and if the heat pad works they aren't concerned with the comfort as long as the repaired heat pad works 😡

I was made to feel welcome and served attentarively by Barry throughout a couple of visits.

Every thing went well to delivery when was told getting it delivered on the 27th April which kept getting texts from distribution centre saying it would be delivered at certain times never arrived phoned the shop got a very unhelpful lady who told me the link telling us where the van was wasn’t working. I said I have took a day of work and also my husband was in hospital she said she would phone me back then told me I wasn’t getting my sofas today. Then she turned round and said to me don’t shoot the messenger. I then got told I would get it on the2nd of may got text saying would be delivered then got a phone call saying it had been cancelled again and the next date was the Thursday the 7th However went into shop on the Saturday got the manager who was very helpful and apologised and said he would look into it I got a phone call on Monday saying he got an independent courier to deliver our sofas on Tuesday which we did receive no complaints about the manager as he was very helpful but poltrone sofas scs need to get their act together.

The local store had a good selection of items to view and helpful staff to give further information.

Very welcoming, easy to deal with

We had two great visits to the new showroom in Kirkcaldy. The furniture we really liked would not have fitted in our home. Next visit was also good and we chose two three seaters and the assistant was very attentive. When we arrived home we noticed that there was a price difference of 100.00 per sofa. Went back to the store the following day to be advised the price ticket was “only for the colour on show” we should have been advised of this at the time of purchase. I found this to be very disappointing and had we been informed at the time, we would still have bought the sofas. I spoke to the assistant manager who I felt was trying to say the members of staff would not have done this deliberately and I agreed with him. However, it is a fundamental change to the price and for us important that this should have been talked about at the time of sale and not omitted. So it did tarnish our experience. However, We look forward to receiving our furniture in July
