From going into the shop to order the suite with a limited budget I was given the help I needed. The suite was ready for delivery when estimated. Then keeping me informed until the suite was delivered. The delivery men placed the suite where I wanted it once the feet were put on. Overall everything went smoothly.

The member of staff, "Big Brian", was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. He understood my requirements, showed me a range of furniture to try and answered my questions. It was a hassle free experience.

From start when we walked into the store we were greeted with a lovely good Morning from a lovely lady who ask if she could help and explained where all the recliner chairs were and that we were to sit in each chair to check for comfort 😀 we were left to wander and sit in any chairs that we checked for comfort then as the store was getting busier she left to greet each new customer and then a lovely gentleman came and asked if he could help and apologised for not having enough staff to cover all the customers in the store and that we had had to wait until a member of staff was available which was not a problem and he asked which chairs were we happy with and explained all about the chairs and materials and colours that were available to us excellent customer service and I have to say excellent quality furniture as this is the second time we have purchased from this store very pleased with our purchases.

Tracking delivery helped immensely. Delivery was good, given that the guys has to negotiate getting our sofas through our front door which was tight, but they succeeded.😀

Communication was great during delivery. Very professional and freindly at all times. Thank you to the delivery guys

Brian was extremely helpful and patient when we were deciding on two different colours for our suite.
My only point for improving the experience would be that our final colour choices were not actually on the poltronesofà system so we received an invoice with the wrong selections and a promise the correct invoice will follow. This felt very uncomfortable. But Brian forwarded a note to me which explained what he had sent to purchasing which was correct 👍

The product range at your KIrkcaldy store was excellent. The salesman called Barry was very knowledgeable and friendly. The whole order process was smooth and thorough to ensure we were happy with our selections of chairs and sofa.

Tracey was an excellent help. So kind, patient and explained every little detail about the suit. She is a credit to the store.

The purchase process was smooth, they delivered in time before the set delivery day. The delivery guys did their job perfectly, and above all the Sofa's are incredibly amazing. Welldone guys👏

Only recieved part of order communication was just lies and you just believe what people ate telling you . Then when you get annoyed they make out your wrong no customer relations very matter of read your terms and conditions . Dreadful

The member of staff was called Tracy she welcomed us in the store showed and explained a few items I would b interested in was very friendly

We had Barry who helped us choose the right sofa and fabric.
He was a delightful person very helpful and nice and chatty which was lovely .
I just hope that I have at long last chosen the right sofa love had so many in the last few years that because this one has pocket springs instead of foam I am hoping for pure comfort. Regards. Diana Checkley-Mills
