New sofas
From the point of sale to delivery was seamless, Tracey in Kirkcaldy was friendly and knowledgeable making our choice easier.Had to rearrange delivery which was easy and customer service operator changed no problem. The delivery drivers were on time put the sofas in place and were friendly and courteous.
Happy with sofas , all well so far.

Great experience all round
Great experience in the shop, explained everything we needed to know. Deliver was a week earlier that first advised so we were vet happy. Delivery guys were friendly and gave good information on our sofa.

Great experience
Great experience - showroom was immaculate and smelled really good (Like you would expect a leather sofa showroom to smell lol), sales people were present but not overbearing and in your face (Barrie)-gave us a brief explanation of ticket colours and process, we were then left alone to look around without any pressures to purchase. When it did come time to purchase all options were explained clearly and fully (There was still no pressure to purchase and were told we could come back at anytime to complete the purchase should we still wish to have a think about it) Barrie was fantastic. Decent price as well which is always a bonus
