Helpful polite service from Natalie at the store. Very impressed with quality and price of our suite. Good communication regarding delivery.

I didn't like that i was not told about the insurance and follow up health check was charged for (£350) which is a large amount of money by anybodies standards. As it happens i
would not have purchased the extras if I had been asked.

Pleasent expreince from purchasing to delivery.
Sales people were infomative and easy to deal with, answered all queries. Delivery team were caring and efficient. Only downside is they do not offer recovery of old sofas.

To be honest the staff was excellent just the store manager( Wednesbury ) was supposed to call us back and never did because we had a failed delivery it wouldn’t go though my front door and he wasn’t any help at all in the end myself sorted it out by going to the store and doing it face to face with a very helpful Lady who rebooked it and it came round the back i wouldn’t go there again I’ll be trying other companies for my settees and chairs

Was very rushed into making a decision did not inform us of hidden costs

We ordered a new three piece suite with the Wednesbury store earlier this year and delivery was forecast for earliest 13 weeks delivery but arrived perfectly delivered by their team a couple of weeks later than forecast on the 1st of August so totally acceptable as they kept us informed along the way.
The team delivering it advised us of the time they expected to arrive and took care in getting things set up and checking the reclining features were checked and explained.
At the time of writing this review we cannot find and negative points so can give an honest 5 star review of dealing with the sales team and final delivery.

On Arrival to the shop we was welcomed by a number off staff members who were very helpful and full of smiles.
Lee approached us to see if we was ok at no point was any member off staff pushy or in our face and we liked that, lee answered all our questions and give us some advice on how we could swap and change the back off the sofas as i was not sure about scatter cushions, due to the knowledge and how helpful lee was we purchased our sofa and it was a pleasure to deal with such friendly staff.
If i could give them more stars i would for lee he is an asset to your company.

Sofas arrived on the date provided but delivery time kept changing on the day, so ended up staying in all day as they arrived at 6.30 pm instead of the 3pm quoted at first, the delivery men were lovely, friendly and helpful and my sofas are lovely, so the good out way the bad 👍🏻👍🏻

On time and very helpful in getting the sofa bed in through a narrow entrance. Polite and cheerful.

We visited the Wednesbury store last Saturday (24th July) and received brilliant support and service from a lovely member of staff named Julie. She helped measure up a variety of sofas as we considered options, answered questions on fabrics and features for different models and was super smiley and friendly throughout.
Brilliant service from friends and patient staff that allowed us plenty of space and time to make the right purchases. Looking forward to our sofas arriving.

The staff were helpful and did not rush us into making a purchase. Bal. Was our contact in store and helped us make up our minds. We were happy with the service we recieved in store.

Brenda the sales guy was really helpful gave us different options and was not pushy. The delivery guys were also great polite quick and informative could not fault any staff we had contact with

Very pleased with the welcome we received, staff not pushy. Julie was great so helpful as if we had known her years. This is the second time we have used this branch of SCS and would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone.

Kept me upto date on delivery date and also time of delivery was perfect.
Drivers were also very polite and efficient.
