Got my sofa delivered this morning two amazing lads Don 644 keep up the good work defo be back when I need a sofa

Communication for delivery was great. Text and email the day before. On the day, text to give a more detailed time slot and a phone call to confirm the estimated time of arrival. They were a tracking link as well. The delivery man were very polite and tidy. They put covers down on carpets and cleared all the packing away. Our new furniture was recliners , they checked they worked and I was happy before they left, and told us any problems at a later date to give customers services a call. Altogether a stress free experiance. Thank you Deon and Sean.

Beautiful showroom at Grimsby. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great range of furniture and options. Delivery on time. Delivery great communication and very nice guys delivering promptly.

As expected I received a call from the delivery team telling me they would be with me in an hour. Sure enough they were on time and efficiently and expertly delivered and connected my recliner sofa. They also removed my old sofa outside. All done and gone by 9am! Now I can get on with the rest of my day. Thank you.

Great experience with SCS, from actually choosing our furniture using great advice and knowledge in the local branch, right through to delivery and set up within our home. Could not fault any part of the experience. Slick, efficient, and very friendly throughout. Can highly recommend.

Strore in hull are shocking.
Wanted to make a complaint about one of there sales team and got refused said I wasn't aloud , even though he sold us a couch what he knew wouldn't go through our front . We gave measurements of our front door and they said course the couch will go in . Delivery day and the couch was no where near close to getting in , to then be taken away and getting redelivered for another date . So been left with no couch and very rude staff in the shop who don't care or help . Once they have the sale they change

We had previously visited SCS Hull several weeks ago and found a corner set we loved. We returned today to double check measurements and spoke to Billy, he was so helpful explaining dimensions and helping us choose fabric we returned home to confirm the fit and waited for Billy to call which he did precisely as arranged. Sadly it wouldn’t fit but as we had been sent information on our original choice we were able to check out the range available and opted for a different configuration. We placed our order and we were about to make payment when we changed our mind again! (We upgraded on one of the sofas and added recliners) Billy was so understanding! Everything was clearly explained to us. We would definitely recommend SCS. Amazing service. Thank you Billy!

Informed that sofa will be delivered on 19/08. We waited but all we got was a sofa fabric kit . When asked about the delivery of sofa, delivery team was very rude and on questioning they said they were having a bad day and sofa will be delivered after 1 hr by a different team which never happened. Contacted the store. Still waiting for a reply.

I had a very poor and rude experience at SCS HULL. The assistant manager attempted to sell me a defective table, stating, 'This is what we have; take it or leave it.' He also informed me that they would not cancel the order. He was extremely rude and argumentative, lying and fabricating stories in an attempt to force me to accept the broken table.

After contacting the head office, I was told they could not do much. However, they eventually called me and offered a replacement table without any scratches.

I am still awaiting the delivery of my corner sofa, and to date, I have not received any communication regarding the formal complaint I filed against the assistant manager.

The service was rude and unprofessional.

I have sent an email as they requested and no body contacted me or cared about my complaint specially the sofa delivered 4 days after the delivery date and some damage on armchair and they didn’t give a F. Awful
Waiting the manager named Karen who was really nice to me to sort the armchair issue out.

Choosing our new furniture was a good experience helped by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Paying the remainder of our balance was a little complicated as we did not receive an email with banking link, as we were told to expect. Contacting our local ScS store resolved the issue. Delivery itself worked like a dream. We were informed every step of the way, delivery was exactly on time and the delivery team friendly, polite and very efficient. Very happy with our ScS experience.

Great choice of sofas and sofa coverings. Respectful and tidy delivery staff with good notifications.
There was a slight delay on delivery but otherwise we are very happy with the quality of the product and the delivery team.

Putting it simply, Zach and Za. Their care and attention were as you would hope and both were very personable. We were kept informed about delivery times throughout.

It could not have been better.

The two gentlemen that came was very professional put the chair where I wanted , removed all the packaging without making a mess with the polystyrene. Thumbs up thank you.

This is my full on honest review.
The Hull store couldn’t do enough for us spent a good hr speaking with Sue, blond haired lady fantastic knowledgeable lady who went through every detail possible before we made our decision and left feeling happy which isn’t always the case when I spend money! Sue followed up with updates on our order the following day .
Unfortunately… today we had our lovely sofa and chair delivered and that’s when things went wrong.
The gentleman turned up on time but on getting my sofa in have damaged all of my door frame chipping it and marking my
Paint work I could have easily removed the door if asked.
I made the delivery guys aware and asked the to log it and take a picture but the guy inputting into the hand held device didn’t seem very knowledgeable and had to keep asking the other chap .
I have emailed aftercare team and also logged it with the Hull store after calling the store and the gentleman informing me this is what I had to do.
I hope you hear something back soon .
