Sue was amazing and very helpful with helping us find the sofa we liked.

Although the first delivery team couldn’t get my sofa in the house, the second team managed it. They forgot to give me the care kit but another team came to deliver the kit. Very friendly. Very satisfied with sofa.

Went in store to St. Andrew’s Quay in Hull, was served by Michael, made a specific order with him for the long lounger part of my sofa to come on the right hand side and when it arrived in May it was on the left hand side. ScS are telling me there is nothing I can do as all my paper work was correct with title and diagrams showing how it would arrive and I should have checked it. I did check it and it said left hand facing which I believed to mean from the POV of the couch facing out, however, it meant from the point of view of the customer facing the couch. As it was 4 months ago since I placed the order in store, even if Michael were to remember me and the order I placed, it was apparently up to me and check the paper work was right, so ScS will do nothing and I’m stuck with £2000+ couch with a chez long lounger part directly in front of my fireplace instead of across the wall at the other side of the room where it should have been. I’m so happy.

Very bad experience with the delivery, floor damaged. Terrible time after that to reach SCS back office to sort out the issue. You cannot basically reaching them and have yourself to be persistent to get this issue addressed. Really time consuming to rectify!

Great Customer Service, ordered new sofa arrived on time. Delivery guys were so helpful highly recommended company.

What an absolute pleasure from start to finish when visiting SCS Hull today. The lovely Sue was super helpful demonstrating all the different sofas for us. I couldn’t believe all the different colours and fabrics available, thanks Sue for spoiling us for choice. I will be recommending Sue to my friends and family. Thanks again!

Tom and Paul let us know their ETA and arrived on time.
They were very polite and very respectful of our doorways and carpets as it was a wet day. They assembled our sofas very efficiently and demonstrated the recliners.
A really good experience with two real professionals who clearly work very well together.

What company can't produce a written invoice BEFORE you pay and insist on paying before you get an invoice? Also no phones into showrooms? All the negative reviews are within the last few hours/days oddly enough being counteracted by 5 star positive ones?!?! Something doesn't add up. Seeing how long this stays here......

Brought my elderly mum in to choose a sofa. The staff member (Sue) was very patient with her, especially not rushing her to make a decision. We took up quite a lot of time, but nothing was a problem for Sue!
