Our experience was brilliant! very friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere in the beautiful showroom. The salesperson who dealt with our order, Samantha, could not have been more helpful, she was excellent! All in all, a great experience!

Looking for new sofas
After visiting Metrocentre Store and having a problem with the store getting an email to me I nearly gave up but remembered there was a Poltonesofa store on Durham.
I have visited on 3 occasions to make sure I was happy with the sofa I purchased. I spoke with Terry Jen and Samantha and I have to say they were all extremely professional nothing was a problem, I wasn't harassed in any way and felt comfortable throughout the whole experience.
I have ordered my sofa now excited waiting for its arrival

Buy at your own risk!
They ordered the wrong configuration of my couch and then blamed me saying that it was my fault because I asked for/didnt review my order properly. Not interested in resolution just making up excuses to avoid resolve. If i were you I would pay that bit extra and deal with a proper company like DFS or Sofology.

When an order is placed, all customers receive an order confirmation and are given 48 hours to review and amend any details, including the sofa configuration, before the order is processed with the manufacturer.
We do appreciate that mistakes can happen, however we do also rely on customers checking the order confirmation carefully to ensure all details are correct.

Good experience
The guys who brought our furniture were lovely, really careful carrying it in and placing it in the house and really friendly and chatty.
The only issue is I did not get my leather cleaning kit??
