The gentleman we spoke to was very helpful and understood what we were looking for. He made suggestions ref colours and type of sofa for comfort. We were not going for armchairs, but his ideas were taken on board and we bought a sofa, 2 armchairs and a footstool that I will re cover. Good price for what we got. Paperwork completed efficiently. Well done SCS 👏

I would like to express my appreciation for the professionalism shown by ScS staff, from those we initially met with in-store when we were looking for sofas and the two guys (Phill and Stuart) who delivered the sofas to our house and did the assembling part of it. Thanks guys

From the start scs gave a excellent service. From the salesman to the delivery. Thought the tracking service was excellent the two men,Simon & Gareth who delivered my settee was excellent. So on the whole I was very satisfied with the service.

TIRED OF WAITING!!
Paid for 2 dining chairs for collection. Have phoned twice but the shop has not contacted me. Still waiting ... not happy!!

We are sorry that you are awaiting contact regarding the collection of your chairs.
I can see that the furniture has now arrived at our Distribution Centre from the supplier and we have set up a transfer so that these can be moved to the store on 01/09/23 ready for your collection.
As soon as the furniture is there and ready then they will contact you to advise.

We were made to feel welcome and…
We were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. They even looked up our old suite which we bought 10 years ago so we could match the new sofa with our old chairs. A very relaxed at.isphete and the young man serving was a credit to the Dunstable store

Fantastic service from Tim and Josh
Fantastic service from Tim and Josh. Having had our original delivery cancelled yesterday, I told Ann (SCS head office) that we couldn’t wait until Thursday as she suggested. She telephoned me back to say they could deliver this morning. Tim and Josh arrived approx 8.30am and completed the delivery. Professional and friendly. Delighted with service.
