Manager was great had visited a couple of times regarding a sofa we liked. Granted it wasn’t the colour we originally wanted but we changed our minds.
He went out of his way to help us.

Dunstable SCS was great.
Abz was great. The staff were extremely welcoming. Gave me time to look around and gave me all the information I needed to decide my purchase. Delivery crew were also excellent. I received a first class service today.

Delivery of sofas
Stewart and Reece have just delivered my new sofas and they were absolutely amazing. So polite and friendly, double checking I was happy with where they had put them. Kept me informed of where they were and what time they would get to me and arrived exactly when they said they would. So very happy. Thank you both xx

Delivery was excellent kept us informed every step of the way. New Settee was brought in with ease and arranged in the correct position, very happy with the Customer Service received.

Great from start to finish
Great from start to finish. Mudassar in the outlet was most helpful and knew the answers to all my questions. Communication from order to delivery was good. Delivered by Simon & Alex who were very pleasant. They unpacked and assembled the sofa very quicky and took all the rubbish with them.

We was happy to just be left to browse…
We was happy to just be left to browse around the shop and not be followed everywhere by a sales person. Also we got good customer service when we asked for it from the person that served us

Excellent sofa delivery
The delivery men Stewart and Reece were amazing. Set sofas up perfectly. Put feet covers on. Took all the rubbish away.
Reported that incorrect fittings were on the bottom of one of the sofas for us.
Both friendly.
