Delivery on time. Excellent staff and very respectful

Received excellent service at the Darlington store. Jay explained how everything worked and then left us alone to look around. He did ask if we would like a drink too. We did find the suite that we were looking for and promptly purchased this. Looking forward to receiving it in August.

Darlington store

We used two stores Portrack and Darlington, really used Portrack to decide on what we liked as we were on our first day of looking, we bought in Darlington as it was nearer to home and had been to numerous other brand stores before we decided.

Ian helped us purchase a sofa and he was super helpful and kind and made sure we knew every little detail.

Showroom really well laid out. All the sofas look great. Plenty of choice. Staff really welcoming and knowledgeable. No pressure sales tactics which is refreshing too.

The sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable I’m only disappointed that it takes 12 weeks before delivery.it used to be 6 weeks. Still bought a settee the quality and the workmanship is excellent so I was willing to wait. But 12 weeks is along wait

I visited the store with no intention of buying, just a look around but found some amazing sofas! after discussing several options with Ian (who was so welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy) I decided to buy the Gretna sofa, chair and footstool in a stunning green colour.
