They charge you for a manufacturing fault
Spent a small fortune on 2 sofas - with recliners. 2 years later the stitching has gone on one of the cushion joins. Called into store and they told me to claim on the insurance (that we paid extra for). We did so and they declined the claim saying it was a manufacturing fault. I now have to pay SCS £75 for them to come and repair THEIR faulty stitching.... they should be built to last more than 2 years - especially the price we paid for it. Dont bother buying from them. Aftercare shocking and costs you more to repair their mistakes.

I hope you are well and thank you for sharing your feedback.
I am sorry to see that you have concerns with your cushions and can completely understand why this would be disappointing for you.
As your furniture is over 12 months old, and outside of your standard warranty period, an out of warranty payment would be required for the £75.00.
This is advised in your terms and conditions and the payment is non-refundable.
It allows for a technician to visit and if a manufacturing fault is found to be present they will repair at no additional cost.
I am sorry again if this outcome is not what you may have hoped for.

Fantastic customer service
Haven't taken delivery yet but the customer service was exemplary, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The stock was far more appealing than other nearby outlets with good variety and range of styles. Tristan is a credit to the industry!

We visited the store at Chester Greyhound Retail Park. From start to finish we had an incredible experience with Tristan. He was Welcoming, informative and very patient with all my measurements, colours etc. I would like to add he is a credit to the company, very likeable was able to answer all our questions and we even got coffee 😊
Long story short I purchased my dream sofa with ease and professionalism . Tristan deserves credit where credit is due and hope that this will be recognised by the company. He is definitely an asset to you

A great service from first going into the store and choosing our sofa until taking delivery.
The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
We were kept updated as delivery neared and on the day the delivery crew were brilliant. Careful and polite.
Very happy with our new sofa and the experience of buying from Poltronesofa.

There was so many different material and colour options that took us time to choose our preference and Tristan was extremely helpful and patient throughout our multiple visits to the store so a big thank you to him from us.

Haven’t received sofa yet but was giving quote and went ahead invoice came through to late to change anything also once did realised all extras were not free but added on so was wrongly advised to up cost hopefully sofa is right when I receive it

From visiting store choice excellent and member of staff very helpful and knowledgeable, exlplaining allocations available.
Delivery process very good, team were polite and professional. All packaging taken was removed
As for both our sofas we are reasonably satisfied apart from the flaps at the rear where the battery and cables are stored. The flaps don't attach as it does not reach the velcro which makes it look untidy especially as one of the sofas is in the middle of the room and is very noticible.
