I wouldn't even have this company 1 star!!!
Take a look at the Facebook page for scs customer complaints and it will tell you all you need to know about this company.
There are customers on there having to resort to leafleting outside the stores to get a resolution to their issues.
Their products are marketed as Italian quality but are all made cheaply in China.
The product you see in store is made well, but that will not be what you are delivered.
The number of horror stories on the FB page is so sad. Many older people do not have the know how or energy to keep chasing and challenging the company so they just give in.

We placed an order at the beginning of July 26 and then less than 24hrs later cancelled it as we saw all the bad reviews about quality, customer service and warranty issues.
Their policy is no cancellation if you order in store.
Their policy once you try to do this is to ignore you completely and not acknowledge phone calls or emails.
They must be so snided with complaints that they cant deal with them.
Additionally beware if you take out the 0% finance.
Creation Finance , the finance they use cannot cancel the finance unless scs instruct them to so thats another battle to win.

AVOID this company at all costs!

We were greeted by a friendly member of staff who explained the basics of the store as we had never visited before. The store smelt amazing!!! A huge range of sofas & having the choice of so many different fabrics made it feel like you were able to buy your own unique & bespoke sofa without the very high cost! Would def recommend!

Good choice of sofas and chairs. Good prices and really pleased about wide voice of fabrics. No pushy salesman, very relaxed atmosphere.

Very efficient service from the delivery men. Gave updates on expected arrival time. Very careful about our property not wanting to cause any damage or problems. Very efficient on installation and assembly of the new sofas and chair. Had to wait 6 weeks for delivery of suite from Italy. Shop staff were very knowledgeable and helpful when ordering

Mainly the delivery, very professional and respectful of property and friendly.
The shop staff were very knowledgeable on the technical side and helped us with planning re the size and layout.

Welcoming. We were just looking around and straight away we were welcomed by Steve. He explained how their serviced worked with mix and match, colours and fabrics and what the ables stood for. He came back to us about half hour later and explained about the sizes fabrics and delivery times. So left with the sizes of furniture and prices to have a good think about it. Two days later we came back and spoke to Steve and ordered our furniture. Can't wait for October. Many thanks

Staff service friendly helpfully and knowlegable

Excellent product delivered within the time estimate. Easy communication with the delivery company to rearrange delivery day. Steve and Dale were very efficient delivering, unpacking and assembling.

Had a Text from the Driver saying be with you in 20 mins arrived 90mins later started bringing in a fabric sofa i pointed out to them mine was a white leather,then repacked other sofa and started looking for leather sofa eventually found it unboxed assembled after one man joined wires together wrongly and other man corrected them eventually all working as it should be drove off leaving strapping on floor from unwrapping in driveway

Unhappy with delivery arrangements. The two people ( EMC ?)who actually delivered the sofa and chair were exemplary however, we were originally advised delivery would be 17th July and worked towards that date. On Saturday 11th , whilst away from home staying with friends for a few days, we received a message saying that our delivery was set for 14th July.
I contacted the shop in Cannock but the employee I spoke to was not helpful and only interested in taking the final payment. As the payment is due 7 days before delivery we were shocked that we had been given so short notice of the delivery date. To cut a long story short: we had to cut our stay with friends short and come home on Monday 13th July, find someone to help us move ths existing furniture to clear the space etc. The original arrangement was for British Heart Foundation to collect our old furniture on 15th July , which they did today. All in all dealing with you has not been a good experience. Whatever happened to customer service and putting the customer first. To add insult to injury we are not particularly happy with our new uncomfortable purchase. Fingers crossed it will wear in but we wouldn't recommend your company to anyone.

The sofa delivery team contacted us in advance with their time of arrival. They arrived on time and setup the sofa quickly and efficiently. They even had coverings for their boots. Very happy with the sofa and the delivery service. I can highly recommend the purchasing and delivery experience.
