Very informative staff member. Answered all my questions thoroughly.

We were greeted by a gentleman named Jayson, who was incredibly helpful. He took the time to guide us through our options and helped us choose the right sofa at the best deal. He was very professional and polite throughout. If I could give more than five stars, I would happily give ten! I would definitely recommend visiting the Bradford Forster Square store and asking for Jayson. The rest of the staff were also very friendly.

I was looked after very well the lady who dealt with me was very nice and she went through with me with all the details I was very satisfied

I was being dealt with by a member of the team and the manager got involved and started to pressure me into buying the sofa. I had already picked the sofa I wanted and then had to choose the fabric and colour which was very important to me. A sofa is a big expensive purchase so it has to be right! I don't need to be pressured into buying a sofa. It's off putting. I think anyone going into a sofa show room obviously wants to buy a sofa we don't need additional pressure by management. The young team member did a good job in helping me to make a final decision on the fabric colour which was helpful. I also thought the price was good too which is a bonus ...

Had to return a purchase, when asking for refund was advised manager away so had to wait till they return next week, asked to be escalated and was told they’d try escalate to head office, and send a few e-mails, not heard anything back yet, service seems to stop once they’ve sold you something.

Staff were very helpful and explained this well, happy with what I bought just a bit of a pain waiting till July to get it. Also never got my confirmation email for my sofa.

The staff were very helpful and informative. They were also patient whilst we decided exactly what we wanted.

I wanted to share feedback about a recent purchase of a corner sofa from the Bradford SCS branch Forster SQ.
The delivered sofa does not match the fabric and colour I selected in-store. Only the footstool matched the chosen fabric; the rest of the sofa was a different fabric and colour, also one of the headrests was missing. I had chosen a specific fabric texture and colour in-store, and the Bradford branch manager entered these details into his tablet. Despite this, the item delivered does not match the selection. I was informed on delivery that customers must check fabric colour within 48 hours from placing an order otherwise changes cannot be made. The customer-service process is frustrating: there is no direct phone contact, and you must use an app to submit a request with multiple photos before anyone may call you back. When I paid the outstanding balance I was told I would receive a £156 adjustment (price match); after a month and three store visits I was instead refunded only £80.
I have paid over £3,000 for a sofa that does not match my chosen specification and arrived with missing parts. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience despite the product appearing well made.

I must reiterate that your continued reliance on the fact that I signed the order does not address the core issue of my complaint. At no point during the sales process was the order clearly reviewed with me to confirm that the item being purchased differed from the display model I had selected. The sofa shown in store included recliner functionality, which was a key feature influencing my decision Had the order been properly reviewed with me, this discrepancy would have been immediately identified and corrected. The fact that this did not happen demonstrates a clear failure in the sales process.
I was rushed through the purchase and not given a fair opportunity to verify that the product being ordered matched what had been demonstrated. As a result I relied on the in-store representation which has proven to be inaccurate.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must match the description provided at the time of sale including any demonstrations or verbal representations. This has not been the case here.

To be clear this is not simply a matter of what was signed, but how the sale was conducted. A signature obtained without proper explanation does not negate misleading or incomplete information provided during the sales process.

So far, our experience was great. Jason really helped us find what we were looking for in terms of size, use, fabric and colour and was very efficient. There was no pushy sales, he just knew what he was selling and was extremely helpful in assessing what our needs and values were as a customer. He made it really clear what we were purchasing before we paid the deposit and set up the finance which was a smooth and comfortable process. We look forward to receiving our sofa.

Access to our house is challenging, as there is a flight of 13 steep steps up to the patio. The delivery men took the recliner apart into 4 pieces to get it in. They located the sofa into my living room and reassembled it. It was all done with good humour.

Very polite and helpful staff at the shop.. Great product from poltron e sofa we chose a sofa bed so easy to use and comfortable.. looks fab. Hats off to the delivery guys very courteous and hardworking..

Called in nice and early to notify us that the sofa will be delivered in 1hr30mins time. On arrival, nice and easy installation within 10mins its signed and delivered. Set up was nice and smooth and clear explanations.
Regarding service at Bradford SCS, Zaf helped out alot with choices and was very accommodating, we left to look around other sofas however what Zaf helped with made us come back and understood the quality of the sofa and decided to come back. When it came down to the sofa being delivered in 2 weeks time i went it shop and Jason helped out with the finance an checking, wonderful help there and saved us a bit of money which was overlooked. The experience was great!

We went shopping for a 3 piece suite we tried various stores most shop staff in these places were very pushy to make a sale when you walked through the door. We ended up in your SCS store in Bradford. We were looking around when Jason very politely came to us asking if we needed any help we said no as we were just looking. We decided on a suite and because he'd left us alone to look around. went looking Jason. What a credit to SCS Jason really is. Having completing we left. The suite was delivered by Michael & Steven two of the most polite considerate and helpful people we have met they are also a credit to SCS so we would recommend you give SCS a visit you won't be disappointed
