I had visited the store a couple of times before making my decision to actually order my suite. The staff were not pushy. I received great service on both visits. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Having decided on purchasing a sofa I went to Poltronesofa as I felt they were offering quality items showing an Artisan finish. As I entered the store the aroma is wonderful and fresh. I spent a short time looking and was approached by Jason. I was impressed in how smart he looked in his pin stripe apron. Again a lovely Artisan touch which sells the brand well. Jason spent quality time with me asking what I was looking for. He was extremely knowledgeable about the sofas and gave me a step by step explanation of how to operate the various extra functions on the sofas. Initially, I went in only wanting one sofa, however, Jason explained that if I was to purchase 2 this would be a better option. I took his advice and settled on 2 two seater Caldbeck sofas in Anthracite. I did spend time looking at others to ensure the Caldbeck would be the right fit. I was impressed with the care and attention Jason showed. I also met Pat who was equally as warm and friendly. They were both exceptionally professional and I feel at this juncture I am in a safe pair of hands. The lead time for my sofas is mid November, I am looking forward to the delivery. Thank you both Jason and Pat for your time, effort and expertise and a seamless purchase of 2 delightful sofas.

This company is a disgrace especially since this takeover by Poltronsofa. The salesperson Ali pushed me into paying a deposit, and both he and James (calls himself the manager) later admitted they made a mistake at the point of sale. When I asked for my deposit back, they changed their story and refused to give my money back. The company is hiding behind their no cancellation policy but refuse to acknowledge that this does not overide statatory consumer rights when they have given false information at the point of sale. There’s no complaints department, no accountability, and staff who lie and backtrack. I will continue to fight for my rights. Honestly, use DFS, this company is absolutely horrible. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Furniture is spot on
Delivered it would not go in so they took the furniture back said we need to take double glazed windows out x 2 one in main room then one in front porch
The furniture came in two pieces should be three pieces sat on garden chairs for over three weeks don’t they know the size of standard doors
Got to replace one double glazed windows unit as cracked getting it out
Not cheap to replace . The delivery men where brilliant when they came the second time Regards Geoff still doesn’t help me buying furniture over £3000 And having to replace a double glazed unit over £200 cracked getting it out when the furniture should be made to fit a into a normal living room and standard door sizes . Will definitely not recommend your firm regarding having to take windows out to deliver furniture it ridiculous Please put this out to your customers regards geoff

Missing items from delivery. The delivery men said they weren't given the glides to deliver and would report it. The electronic delivery confirmation was given to me to sign at the bottom. No opportunity given to read the document. Received an email copy and was shocked to see the glides had been successfully delivered. Used the contact form to raise my concerns and haven't heard anything a week later. Terrible customer service.

The delivery process was great, I was contacted the day before delivery via text giving me a window of delivery, then on the morning I received a text with an approx one hour delivery slot. This was followed by a phone call from the delivery crew telling me the actual approximate delivery time. The crew that arrived were friendly and professional and careful of the house whilst delivering, the put the furniture together, tested everything and showed me how everything operated. They cleaned up all the rubbish and removed it from the house.

The suite is absolutely beautiful it arruved on time and on the day promised. The two men who deluvered it were really great so fruendly helpful and so careful also real experts at what they do. I cannot praise the whole experience enough from start to finish could not ask for a better company and a wonderful beautifully made suite. Thank you all

The service at the Bradford store was great. Polite helped where needed. Explained about everything. Lovely friendly staff. Knew how to make a sale comfortable.

We found exactly to sofa we wanted with the help of Jason. Really knew his stuff and helped us pick what we needed also didn't make us feel pressured into buying.
