I buy the Switchback 3 boots which are superb quality and comfortable. But the laces supplied are pathetic. I've had my latest pair for 2 weeks and already the laces have separated from friction cause... Se mer

Ordered scruffs work pants on 12th feb. Expected delivery in 5-7 days. Now it’s March 1st and still no delivery. Contacted customer support via email who said they would look into this but been nearly a week since I made contact and still nothing

I am sorry to hear this, I can see this has now been resolved and your order received, however if you do need any further assistance please do not hesitate to get back in contact.
What is the free delivery threshold?
Good products delivered on time and in good condition. However I spent over £50.00 on my last purchase with you and still did not have free delivery as the limit seem to rise to £100? most other websites offer free delivery over £50.00 and while this is not a big problem I do feel that even though I am a returning customer I am not getting a loyalty reward.
Kind regards
Ian

Really comfortable pair of trousers. Still hot around the knees but I’ve come to expect with work trousers with knee pads.

Utter garbage
I’ve wore the 3D pro. The most expensive for a day and it’s been the worst day ever.
They are badly designed. All the pockets are in one pocket on the left leg so you fill on and the rest can’t be used. I’ve been Looking for the phone pocket all day and still can’t find it. The right leg has 2 ruler pockets. I’ve never seen anyone since primary school use one. I would like my money back

I really love scruffs products in…
I really love scruffs products in general their work wear lost longer than most brands I wore before, biggest issue I had was work trousers and boots. Me being 6'6 with wide feet is hard to find a pair of boots that I can comfortably wear all day without feeling any discomfort, scruffs V12's does the job. Unfortunately they are the only ones as other scruffs boots are bad fit for my feet.
As for trousers they last forever and are comfortable to wear, you get.holes here and there from keeping sharp objects in your pockets but they are an easy fix.
