Received my bracelet for my stepdaughters 16th birthday in January she'll love it I'll will definitely be ordering again and it arrived in 5 days

Due to being flagged constantly by said persons I’ve had to reword my initial comment.

I placed an order on the 26th and was told delivery would be within 3–5 working days. After waiting the full 5 days with no update, I contacted customer support. Only then was I informed that the item hadn’t even been shipped because it was not in stock

I was given multiple contradictory explanations First, I was told my order missed the “cut-off time” (irrelevant, because you still had 3–5 days to dispatch). Then I was told the company was “very busy.” Later, I was informed the item was actually waiting to arrive in bulk from overseas.

On Tuesday I was told it would arrive mid-next week. The following day I was told it would arrive by the weekend.

None of these statements aligned with each other, and the item was never dispatched at any point. I have screenshots of the entire conversation.

Communication was very poor — messages were only answered after I mentioned requesting a chargeback. My refund was then suddenly processed very quickly.

If items are not in stock and are being sourced in bulk from abroad, customers should be informed before payment is taken. Running a sale to generate orders and only then placing a bulk order causes long delays and misleads customers about delivery times.

I have reported the matter to Trading Standards.
If this review is removed, I will repost it, as everything stated here is accurate and supported by screenshots.

Purchased my first order from then with unfortunately arrived empty as the parcel was not sealed. So I messaged them and straight away they send out a replacement for the next day. Very helpful online live chat for any problems and I will deffo be using them again in the future

Ordered a chain it took longer to come than expected but it is well worth the wait the people at the Jewlery shop kept me in the loop as to why it took longer than expected and that was because they had to physically make the chain but I am very very happy with my product. And the customer services are brilliant thank u Scott’s jewellers

The bracelet I received looks nothing like the photo advertised on the website. Gemstone colours are completely different, which look nothing like the item shown. It won’t allow me to add my comparison picture from the website to what I received or I could show you all. Not a great seller at all. Cheaply made.
