Avoid this cowboy outfit of a company like the plague! Paid £175.00 on the 20th,was promised it would be delivered by the 22nd,and it’s been a no show! Contacted them umpteen times without reply,going to have to go through my banks fraud squad department to get my money refunded,as I have all the corresponding screen-shots,that’s what I get for getting pulled in from a Facebook advert,anyways we live n learn.

Absolutely brilliant company. I have had 3 items from this company. One was sent by mistake and they allowed me to keep it for free. The quality of the jewelry is second to none. I like my gold. I like pieces I can wear individually. The pieces I have bought are statement pieces. The gold locket and chain is a beautiful piece. I know whoever buys from them, will be happy with there order.

Well the belchor chain arrived fast to be fair,however when opened I was so disappointed,it looked cheap line something you would win in the fairground.sent item back recorded delivery and this is where the communication stopped,had to get papal Involved waited over 2 weeks for a refund,dnt waste your money

Order 7311, originally ordered a bracelet December 2025 within 2/3 weeks it had left green marks on wrist. I asked for a refund and got told they wouldnt refund money but i could order again as their stock had been made better. So i choose another bracelet and within 2 days it has peeled/faded. To which i sent evidence both times. I have emailed them asking for a refund as i do not want a replacement or order from them again. Had no reply, i then emailed again and i have been ignored. I am now out of pocket. I am NOT happy!!
