Received my package yesterday but…
Received my package yesterday but unfortunately one of my bottles had got damaged. Contacted them they were very helpful and are sending me a replacement. Order arrived so quickly and the added extras were a nice surprise . Highly recommed the service is first class .

Hi Ralph, we are sorry to hear this. To help better, we would need more information e.g. are you using this in a water based diffuser, the amount used etc. Our oils are 100% concentrated so they will need diluting down to be used in a diffuser.
