SCCD Training Omdömen 

SCCD have an amazing team, very professional, understanding and supportive. I enrolled late for my course and they made sure I got all the information needed, in order for me to start promptly. SCCD staff are always ready if you need advice or help with something. I am ever so happy to be doing my studies with them. My teacher Paulina is the best.

My Level 3 TA classes are well structured and enjoyable, with a variety of exercises to ensure everyone understands the content. The assessments can be tedious and time comsuming, but it is important to express the understanding of core topics

What a shamble of a company. I've responded to an advert Teaching assistant needed and these guys got back to me. Offering me Nationally recognized training: a course, with a guaranteed placement and a job at the end. The only catch was a high fee to pay for this course. Several 100's of £££. This was only said in 1-1 meeting and never mentioned on the phone.

I've asked about funding, and the lady leading the interview (pleasant I must say) said, she'll ask and get back to me. She never did.
And my two further emails were ignored, when I reminded her to see, what's the update.

It seems to me, this is one of the quick whisk up training places, to offer places to train you and unless they can get you there and then to pay, then you can do one.

Shame on you guys!!!!!!!

Anyone else, stay away.

The course level 3 diploma in teaching assistant is the best choice that I made to continue my career in the UK l have not finished the course yet but I know that I am lucky because I have one of the best teacher I ever met Paulina. Since she's very helpful and understanding she also makes sure you enjoy the lesson and is very passionate about her job I really like doing this course with her

I recommend this institute as they provide assistance and support throughout the course. The tutor is really helpful and knowledgeable.

My experience in the course of Level 3 Diploma for Teaching Assistant in SCCD Training Centre

I have a very excellent Tutor Paulina , who her lesson was very interested and with continued support from her and the lesson did help me with my placement. She had given me so much positivity to continue with the course. Have in mind I always rather to attend to the classroom lesson, but because of the pandemic was need to be done by Zoom. Paulina made the lectures easy and updated on my progress. She was so clear in their lessons and guide us, I did not want to miss any lessons. The course was very demanding but all the worked I had done was worth it. Thank you so much for the support and courage and professionalism my tutor has inspired me also the receptionist very helpful.

I went to do my placement I found the school who gave me the opportunity to do my training and I did put the knowledge I have learned in lessons to use. I was at the beginning when I start the course very unsure about many things but after I have finished, I am another person who believe in myself to be able to do what I do today. I feel very proud to achieved this Diploma and very grateful to anyone who gave me their support and help. Also, I have an incredible group of people in the class who was so supportive and helpful, everyone was so enthusiastic to work it was unbelievable, everyone did the best all the time during the course. As my tutor Paulina always told us clear communication is the base to move forwards and to know where we were stand up. Also, she encourages to all the groups to have good communication with each other. She was very approachable for us to talk to her. She answered e-mail always stray away.

Thank you for this wonderful experience it took me a little bit longer because the Pandemic but I have and achieved what the beginning of the course It was a dream but now become true.

I have been privileged to partake in one of SCCD’s training courses to become a qualified teaching assistant and am extremely grateful. The teachers & all involved departments were amazing, the training was compact & well organised & SCCD also ensured I had a direct placement. Thanks so much for all your support and ‘for making it happen’ for me so I can go and do what I love with the gifts I have been given - applying all I learned!!

I started my course before covid and throughout the lockdowns all the staff were amazing and kept in contact and made sure I was kept in the loop with any changes, I was put into my placement close to my home with the days I could do. I highly recommend SCCD and cannot fault all the care and hard work they give to all their students.

My training has been a journey. I had some great moments and also down moments as-well. I have met great lectures that help me a lot and I’m grateful. However, my placement experience was not the best experience as I was barely observed and given feedback and more. As a result, I didn’t gain the knowledge and experience I would of hoped. Overall, I think SCCD is a decent company.

The training was very helpful, it was also an eye opener it made me aware of how the school system works, what is expected and how to work with young people. The support was great and I enjoyed every bit of it.

My placement experience was very good just because of my teacher Paulina and student support team, they help me with all my ups and down. Paulina is the best teacher I have ever had ❤, I have completed my placement and all course work just because of Paulina and student support team, they encouraged me all the time and given me extra support whenever I needed. I highly recommend SCCD Training for Level 3 and Level 5 diploma.

If you want to become a great Teacher Assistant in the future, I would recommend to certify with SCCD. The course provided me with valuable information on being a TA and what the role will entail. The Teachers and staff are very helpful.

The training was a very responsive one with full support from the lecturer.The placement helped me to know what I must improve on as a teaching assistant. Training with sccd really helped ...and the lecturer had been a great pivot for me completing this course.I will recommend training with sccd to everyone

Although I had lots of health and family problems since I started this course, but my teacher ,placement department support me lots to complete my course and they give me extra time to submit my assignments. I had a good experience with them.

My placement school was good. My class teacher allowed me to participate actively to assist the pupils. All staff were very kind and supportive.

I think like most companies it is very difficult to get things perfect. However at SCCD I have had a fantastic tutor, Paul, whom is very knowledgeable, supportive and caring. The blended learning online and in the classroom has been a good combination for me.
There has been some staffing issues which was out of their hands but did make certain aspects difficult but they rectified with someone great.
Only thing I would say is please ensure your sales teams know what is included and the process of the training, as it leaves unnecessary disappointment when certain things aren't what you thought they would be.
Overall, I would recommend.
