I completed the safeguarding course through Prospero Learning as part of my professional development, and found it genuinely well put together. The content is thorough without feeling overwhelming, covering everything from the different categories of abuse to more specific areas like CSE, CCE, FGM, and Prevent duty responsibilities. The reporting procedures section was particularly clear, breaking down exactly who to go to (DSL, Headteacher, or Chair of Governors) depending on the nature of the concern.
