7 weeks without a delivery and not even…
7 weeks without a delivery and not even an apology.
Second time I have made an order and not received the goods in a reasonable time.
I have now been waiting 7 weeks without a delivery. Not even an apology from the company. I received post from them today, and it's two t-shirts that I already have that I ordered from them over a year ago. Still do not have my most recent order.
Company is an utter joke. Up there with the very worst companies I've ever had experience with.

Absolutely disgusting customer service
Absolutely disgusting customer service!
tried to contact numerous times about not receiving my order, still no reply!
Tried ringing but the phone line is constantly engaged!
If I could give this company no stars I would!
Do not order from this company!
£70 wasted that ill probably never get back!!

Excellent customer service. They are so nice and managed to get my order exchanged in time. Definitely recommend this brand.

Terrible
Terrible communication from this company, didnt receive my order so i emailed and was told they cancelled my order and now its all out of stock so tough luck basically. I have emailed back but nothing. Last year i ordered Christmas presents aswell and they sent incorrect items.

Great customer service
After receiving the wrong order and getting in touch with the company, i felt they really went out of the way to rectify my order in a timely manner.
The quality of the hat are fantastic too, you won't be disappointed.
