LEWIS Access  Omdömen

Staff were very helpful in answering my questions and the delivery was very quick. The Tower itself is so easy to put together as you increase height and is exceptionally stable.

Good product, delivered efficiently

Brilliant product and competitive pricing, staff were easy to deal with and prompt delivery.

User-friendly website. Easy ordering. Good communication. Delivery came a day later than initially communicated, hence 4 stars, but I was notified a couple of hours ahead and did not inconvenience me. Will use again.

Very good all around in terms of delivery and service

Received the tower from their own delivery driver - so had the confidence that everything was there and not damaged. Driver was very helpful too!!
Just put some of the components together and they fit perfectly. Everything appears well made and a precision fit. Can't wait for the dry weather to make proper use of the tower.

Highly Recommended! Great product and good delivery, driver was very helpful!

Amazing operation, you can see the machines whirring away in the background, great to see good quality craftsmanship is still alive, the product is of an extremely high standard, friendly people who go above and beyond, keep up the good work!

We recently purchased access equipment from LEWIS Access for one of our roofing projects and were very impressed with the overall service.

As a roofing company, we rely on sturdy, compliant equipment, and the scaffold tower supplied was exactly as described — solid, well-made, and easy to assemble. The ordering process was straightforward, communication was clear, and delivery was prompt.

Everything arrived on time and in great condition, allowing us to keep our project on schedule. A professional company with reliable products — we’ll definitely be using them again.

The equipment arrived on time and looked really well put together. Very helpful driver and overall I would recommend Lewis to anyone.

Really easy to arrange a suitable time for delivery with the office and on the day the driver called well in advance to let me know when he'd be there. He turned up on time, friendly and helpful with queries and explaining the elements that I was unfamiliar with.

Excellent service and a very good product, we are looking forward to using our new double scaffold tower.

It’s really good quality and excellent services
Thank you so much

Excellent product good customer support and helpful friendly delivery driver

We received an MI tower from Lewis Access and the service was excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear, delivery was on time, and the equipment arrived in good condition exactly as required. The team were professional, helpful, and efficient, making the whole process straightforward and hassle-free. We would be happy to use them again and would recommend them to others.

Tower delivery was great.
Easy to put together and feels very secure.

Easy Easy Easy..... Great range of products especially spare parts for existing systems. Saved us thousands buying a new scaffold.

The delivery was scheduled for a convenient time. All the tower bits as described. I haven't tried to erect it yet, however I see the tower is a professional one, as those I've been using at work for years. I'm a PASMA ticket holder and familiar with different types and makes of such equipment. Lewis Access tower properly made, all the joints, locks etc look reliable.

Very clear website to navigate. Good communications about delivery ( we had a delay of one day but the company ensured we were kept informed). Very polite follow up call to ensure that the delivery was handled well and no issues.
