Thank you for your review Martin. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We placed you on hold to see what we can do regarding your order, we offered to pay for a third party courier at no cost to yourself. You were extremely aggressive and rude to my staff member and have then left us this review which is completely untrue to the experience you had with us as you can see by all of our other reviews. We're sorry your scaffolding tower order was delayed and that you feel you experienced unhelpful phone support. We'll investigate the order process and call handling to improve our service. Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback and recommendation Mark, We really appreciate it!
Quality product and good selection on offer.
A UK based company with the right product for my needs, a three tier scaffold tower for domestic use. Quality aluminium (light enough for me to assemble), with all the safety features, adjustable feet levels, easy manoeuvrability and spare parts available. Deliver was on time, the driver very helpful. Each member of Lewis staff I dealt with was efficient, courteous and very helpful and I would confidentally recommend the company.

What a fabulous company
What a fabulous company. They really got me out of a spot when we were let down by scaffolders. Delivered in 3 days within a 2 hour window. Driver was excellent and very helpful and was a credit to the company. Phoned in advance to give an eta about an hour ahead and gave a warning he might have to take a 30 min break. Very helpful in offloading. The quality is outstanding and easy to put together with V good instruction pamphlet from their website. A thoroughly professional family business who specialise in wanting to be the best and their customer service is another great personal touch with delightful and very helpful people to talk to. Can't fault them.
