Worst and disgusting service with this bank and to all the subsidies below to this bank. Pathetic customer service and services provided by them. Never recommend anyone to use there service in future. I have been through alot with them by freezing my account without my knowledge and after doing a complaint they came back and said I have not comply with the teams dammit I was a customer for 5 year and suffered. Never go back to this bank or the subsidies including purple visa is worst and Finance Now. Hell not anymore.
Been with sbs for 20 years no problems, couldn't fault them. But behind the nice image for public is rabbitholes of lies and tricks to cheat customers, on term,balance, interest only, rate changes, floating rates, ibwas even given higher rates when I went into branch to fix than I could see earlier the same day on their own website, not interest.co or independent rate displays, SBS own website......cmon!!! Confront them on it, lies denials, blame put back on me being confused. Hung up on!!... the bank without a heart !!!

- Friendly demeanour but ultimately ineffective in resolving issues

Very long waits calling Credit Card Customer Service, tried multiple times and over 20 minutes on-hold each time, when finally got through, I was told that I need to call back on the registered mobile phone or they can not help me. Well, I just gave up.
Very unhelpful and rude contact centre staff. They do not help with resolving the issue, refuse to identify themselves or give their first name, and hang up on customers. Disgraceful
