My order that was shipped to Florida was held up in customs at the FedEx hub in Memphis, Tennessee because they needed more information regarding the contents. I sent an email to your Rome office and a very nice lady named Maria sent me a prompt reply stating that the missing information was submitted. A few days later my package was cleared and delivered. I am very happy wiht my order (magnets of Pope Leo, Our Lady and St. Carlo Acutis). Everything was securely packaged and it included a lovely blessing certificate from Pope Leo. What a wonderful surprise. Thank you very much for great service and products!

I ordered three enamel St Benedict crucifixes in the three sizes available plus a Seven Sorrows chaplet. These items do not amount to any significant weight.
I was after placing the order informed that the already significant postage fee had to be increased by a ludicrous GBP 35 extra because they say I live far out in the countryside (which isn't true at all). The assistant saleswoman basically gave me no alternative but to pay up. Never had any delivery problems ever like this before with any other dealer/carrier. The smallest St Benedict cross has a slight defect in production, the enameling is not evenly done.

The product is fantastic the craftmanship is unbelievable. Fast shipping.

I must share my story. I brought my Rose Petal Rosary to Easter Vigil Mass. given to me by my 88 year old mother blessed by Pope John Paul II. I lost them. I returned to church next morning, Rosary not found where I was sitting. I went to the rectory and an Usher took me to the Sacristy thinking perhaps one of the Priests or deacons had them.
I searched inline and went right to Savelli. Ordering was seamless and delivery prompt.
3 days after my Rosary was blessed beautiful

I like the gift bag I ordered. I knew it didn’t come with the Savelli ribbon, but I wish it did because it looks pretty.

The Crucifix with the Stations of the Cross is both beautiful and very well made. It will look great hanging in our Living Room. Having it blessed by Pope Leo makes it extra special!

I received 2 broken rosaries. I also asked the the rosaries be blessed by Pope Leo and he was doing the blessing on 26 April. Before that mass I received an e-mail that the rosaries were sent. I sent that to maria and she said they would be sent after the mass on the 26th. But they came to me on 30 April and I cannot believe that they came to the U.S within 4 days. So I cannot believe these were blessed by the Pope. Then 2 of them are broken.

The ordering process was quick and easy. The product shipped quickly. There was an issue with my order and it was addressed and fixed immediately. I’m very happy with my experience.

The bracelet came very fast and it was as lovely as in the photos of your store.
