Always amazing Service

I recently contacted Sarah Layton about a watch I was hoping to buy as a special gift and had the pleasure of speaking with Sue.

Not only did they have the best price available, but Sue was also friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
She took the time to explain the different options and did everything she could to help me find exactly what I was looking for.

Unfortunately, the particular watch I wanted wasn’t in stock. Sue immediately offered to see if it could be sourced, but as I needed it within 2 days, I wasn’t able to wait and therefore couldn’t complete the purchase.

Even though I didn’t end up buying the watch, I wanted to leave a review because of her great service.

Fabulous earrings great service

I was looking for something for my daughter’s 40th birthday. Not having purchased from Sarah Layton before, I phoned & spoke to a very helpful assistant who confirmed the items I wanted were both in stock. I bought a giftcard for a friend. It came in a box with a card which was tied with ribbon. Then in a bag with tissue. It was lovely. The guy who put it together was very professional.
