Exceptional service and look good.
My teenage daughter and I have had numerous piercings at Cardiff Piercings. The service is exceptional, everything is sterilised in front of you and the advice given is sound. But most importantly the piercings are quick, (relatively)painless and look fantastic.

Excellent experience
Had my first piercing here and felt like I was in very safe hands. Everything was thoroughly sanitised, and I felt aware of every part of the process, including what to do in terms of aftercare. My piercings have been very comfortable so far, and I haven’t had any issues like rejection. 100% recommend!

Awful quality and customer experience
I ordered a belly button piercing and firstly the bar broke after a few days when I was just doing normal day to day things. I then requested a refund or replacement as given the price and a very short period of use I dont believe this to have been of satisfactory quality. The customer experience I had was awful. I could tell all responses were written by AI and they refused to give me a refund or replacement one.

Hi Katie,
We're sorry that you're unhappy with the outcome, however we do need to clarify part of the review.
The bar itself did not break. You contacted us after the threaded top of the jewellery had been lost. As the missing component was no longer available for us to inspect, we were unable to determine whether there had been a manufacturing defect with that part.
We also offered for you to return the remaining jewellery to us so that it could be inspected for any possible fault. This offer was not taken up, so we were never given the opportunity to examine the jewellery and establish whether there was a problem with it.
All jewellery is inspected before dispatch, and threaded ends can unfortunately loosen during wear if they are not regularly checked and kept secure. The jewellery was supplied by post and was not fitted by us, so we were also unable to verify how securely the end had been fitted after it was received.
We explained this at the time and offered you the option to purchase a compatible replacement top. As the original top had been lost and the remaining jewellery was not returned for inspection, we were unable to establish that the jewellery was faulty.
We're sorry that you were disappointed with our response, but we don't feel it is accurate to describe the jewellery as having "broken" when the issue reported to us was that a removable threaded component had been lost.

Excellent service. Took time to explain and demonstrate the procedure and put my daughter at ease. Hygiene and cleanliness were very important and adhered to throughout.

I was very nervous as it had been many…
I was very nervous as it had been many years since I had my ears pierced the first time. I was never happy with the original piercings so I was very apprehensive that is why it took me years to try again.
I had nothing to worry about as I was in safe hands. You were precise and a total perfectionist. The jewellery is beautiful. The advice for the after care was first class. Many thanks Stephanie

Excellent first time piercing experience
Calm experience for my 12yr old daughter's first ear piercing. Loved Daryn, he was great, explained everything clearly, highly professional and rightly proud of the level of quality he provides. Will not go anywhere else if she wants any other piercings. Could not be happier and would absolutely recommend.

Expert, Reassuring and Professional
From start to finish I felt completely safe in the hands of a very experienced professional. Everything was explained clearly and I was reassured throughout, which made the whole procedure as easy as it could possibly be. It wasn't completely pain-free, but it was much less painful than I expected and only lasted a few seconds. Healing has been straightforward so far with no problems at all. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
