Just got back from the dealership at Leicester after picking up my new focus st x was worth the traveling down the garage and staff were excellent and gave me an excellent price for my old car very happy with my deal

Visited Sandicliffe to upgrade our Fiesta to a Puma. Had seen the Puma that interested us (low mileage, ST Line X) but unfortunately reserved. Juggy took our details and said he would look out for similar for us as nothing in stock at that time. True to his word, Juggy called the next morning. The sale on the Car we really wanted had fallen through. We went back that afternoon, had a test drive, loved it. We negotiated a deal (part exchange etc.) and struck a deal we were happy with. Juggy was a pleasure to deal with and a credit to Sandicliffe Ford Nottingham. Thank you Juggy.

We had a great experience with Monique, who was professional, friendly and calm.

Despite an initial booking error where another staff member claimed we had no appointment, even after an online confirmation and agent verification, Monique immediately put us at ease and guided us through the process seamlessly.

Juggy from start to finish made buying our used Kuga a smooth and easy purchase. Many thanks for your help. Only gripe was the awful coffee and hot chocolate that was served up via the cafe there. You’d think if your buying a car and spending such funds that they would use the coffee machine they have there instead of serving up instant rubbish 👍

I found the salesperson to be calm, clear about each stage of the process and, most positive of all, in no way appeared pushy or frustrated when I was considering different options. These behaviours were a huge reason why I continued to review Sandicliffe's sale options and, when the right vehicle became available, the choice to buy from the company was a no brainer. Finally, the pick up was smooth and not at all rushed, with all questions answered and, when necessary, spent time finding any information they didn't know without hesitation.

I felt very well looked after and was kept informed through my experience.

Chris Jackson at Sandicliffe Nottingham was brilliant throughout the process of me buying my second Ford Puma. He was prompt with info and replying to my questions and the handover was seamless. I will however mention that Ford Credit took over 3 hours to release the credit meaning I had to stand around for that length of time before I could take my new car away. It was a ridiculous and very stressful part of the experience. This doesn't reflect on Sandicliffe or Chris but made the end of the process very disappointing.

We have been using this dealership for 3 years (not by choice). Our first car was purchased on PCP (usual pcp terms were explained to us) this was 3 years ago..2 years in we decided to try to upgrade and get a newer model, when we tried to arrange this we were informed our car was purchased on a fixed term loan agreement! We needed to pay the remaining balance of the loan off before we could do anything, thankfully after threatening legal action Sandiacre agreed to fix this and provide us with a new regular PCP for a new vehicle. New said vehicle was due for its first service and we got a call saying we could upgrade for the same price....2 hours spent today, told at the beginning it will be almost identical to the monthly payment you have now...end figure was £200 per month more, fair enough...the sales lad Arron lied and said he never said it would be identical figures...we will not be returning, the showroom floor was dangerously slippy and we witnessed 1 person fall face first to the floor....the whole experience has made me think of sleezy car salesmen

Having made a purchase from Sandicliffe Leicester, I have nothing but praise for the manner in which the staff conducted themselves. No pressure was applied by them, they allowed time to think over decisions.

In particular I'd like to mention Mr James Longfield, a font of knowledge, who provided excellent information and guidance, but allowed my wife and I to make our decision in our own time.

My partner & I visited the Ford Sandicliffe site in Nottingham with the initial intention of viewing only. We had narrowed down to a couple of vehicles so went in with an open mind. We had both spotted a very nice Ford Focus ST in the “mean green” colour option so decided to enquire further on this car. We were greeted by a sales member there called Errol who we found was highly knowledgeable with all queries we had regarding the vehicle. We then opted for a test drive which was very straightforward.
Both my partner & I knew after the test drive that this was definitely the vehicle we were looking for. We then both asked for further details regarding the car & ran through various payment options which were tailored to us. One thing that I would like to highlight in my review of our journey was that at no point were we pressured into any sales decisions at all. We were made to feel extremely welcome every step of the way.
I have never purchased a vehicle from here before but I fully recommend anyone looking to & I will certainly return when the time comes to change my vehicle in future.
I would like to pass on a huge thanks to both Errol & Ranj who made us very welcome in making our decision. Thanks guys! You are both a huge credit to the team!
