Exceeded my expectations
Exceeded my expectations! I bought two sandeliers as gifts for my young grandsons. Their shared bedroom is painted in blue and green, their favorite colors, so I ordered the “Ocean”(blue) and the “Rainforest” (green) standard sandeliers. They are beautiful and the boys loved them. The lead time required for delivery is substantial but very clearly communicated before ordering. Just keep that in mind if you are trying to meet a deadline. I contacted customer service to get an update on my delivery and the entire shipping process was clearly and patiently explained to me in detail. They arrived safely packed and well protected, with time to spare. The customer service follow up was exceptional.

This is the second sand sculptor I have…
This is the second sand sculptor I have ordered from Sandelier. The items are beautiful and mesmerizing. The packing is done well, assuring it’s safe arrival. I seriously have not experienced better customer service. The only drawback is that delivery time takes a while so be sure to order well before you want your item.

Very unique and pretty
I have now bought four. I have them at home, work and given as gifts. Each one is so different and I love the slow flow. Makes amazing mountain scenes! Very pretty and also calming.

NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
I Received my Order after waiting Almost 4 Weeks for it Only for it to Not Work "out of the Box" as expected. When i reached out i was Told that i need to Buy a set of Injector Syringes and to fix it myself. I did expect to eventually need to Buy them at some point "Down the Line" but not on day ONE of owning it. So Now i am sitting here Waiting for the said Syringes to arrive so i can "adjust" and fix the Issue!

You placed your order on May 24th for your 3 Sandeliers. You received them on June 21st, which is less than a month after even though you said you waited "Almost 2 months" (EDIT: Now you have kindly corrected that).
You reached out to us stating that the flow time was too short on 2 of your Sandeliers.
We kindly explained that it was because the air level had been altered during transit, which can sometimes happen, therefore you have to re-adjust it in order to fully enjoy your art pieces.
We provided you with a full step-by-step guide on how to solve your problem.
We redirected you to one of our collaborators which you could buy the set of injectors from, and refunded you of the amount required for this purchase, as a commercial gesture.
I feel like you have been assisted properly and we have done everything to ensure your satisfaction. Your review doesn't illustrate the service quality you have been provided with.

Was disappointed! There is a lot of visible air bubbles and not enough sand to make anything but triangles.

Thanks for your review.
Air bubbles are essential as they constitute the barrier between the sand and the water, allowing the grains of sand to fall slowly in between these bubbles. It's perfectly normal to have air bubbles in your art piece and it could not work without them.
You say there isn't enough sand to make anything but triangles. By triangles, do you mean layered mountain-like shapes? Because the purpose of your art piece is to create such patterns.
Your Sandelier works like an hourglass. I don't quite understand what kinds of other shapes you expected to see.

Gorgeous and Interactive Art
I absolutely LOVE the wall mounted Sandelier. I purchased it for the waiting room at my office and it is well loved by staff and clients alike. I've gotten so many compliments and often walk into the waiting room to see others rotating and watching it. We did have to purchase small casters (rotating ball bearings) to put on the back edges as the wheel otherwise rests against and scrapes the wall. It was and easy fix and I am otherwise very satisfied with this purchase.

My family is really enjoying the wall…
My family is really enjoying the wall mounted Sandelier. It’s hanging in a perfect spot so that someone will walk by and give it a spin.
It came out of the box perfect without the need to adjust the air or water. I’m not sure if it hung it the right way but I did add a few tiny furniture pads on the wall to make for a smooth rotation. All in all, it was a great purchase.

I purchased one for my wife to enjoy. The disc is fascinating to watch... after a few tries you anticipate what you think it is going to look like, then it turns out differently from what you pictured. Oooo's and Ahhhh's are plentiful. We love it so much we have had to establish boundaries!
