bought two bras online from one of those ads that pop up in between short videos. well the bras never came. countless times sent them emails. no reply. maybe i should address them in french?
Need to return items. Have e mailed 3 times over week and still had no response on how to process return.

SCAM SCAM SCAM, They are reselling these product from Alibaba and claiming they make in the USA, the videos are from Alibaba and the product is NOT what is displayed. It is Cheap Junk and you can pick them up on Amazon for $150 for 24" or Alibaba for $80. NOT $900!!! I asked for a refund and they refused to give me a partial refund. I ordered the same product on Amazon to compare. Its Exactly the same peoduct!!! marked up 700%%% SCAM!!!
Great product and this has been an interactive item within our family household. Each kid or parent turns it daily to see what kind of design we each make and if one is better than the other we leave it there for a few days. Beautiful and well made product. Didnt take that long for us to receive.

Love it. I own many pictures, and this is my highlight work of art as every time its unique. Guests comment positively about it as well.
When I got my first Sandelier, I thought it was amazing! The way the sand flows, the patterns or pictures that it creates, I thought it was incredible! Now that I've received my second, I like it even more! I've upgraded each time and eventually I will buy a third one that is 24 inch. The website, Sandier.com, is great! They have a lot of information about the Sandeliers regarding size, style, maintenance and more, which helps when making a purchase. The customer support is excellent! I would recommend Sandeliers to anyone.
This is my third review. I have received 2 defective Sandeliers. My experience is that they will communicate with you over Facebook messenger, but no one to talk to and they refused to do a video call so they can see more specifically the problem. Oddly, I don't see my prior reviews here....hmmmm.... maybe I just missed them. The first one's problem was that the hole for inserting water or air via a syringe did not line up, making the effort useless. Took months of back and forth to get that one resolved. They did send a second one. It was VERY low on water....way more than one would expect after a week or 2 in the mail. Anyway, worked with whomever via Facebook messenger. I now have chunks of sand that fall and chunks that are stuck to the edge. It has not been right since we received it. They asked for pics, I sent them. Asked on more than one occasion for a refund as this was number 2 with problems and I had done my part following everything they advised. No reply to my last 2 msgs. I have spent hours on trying to fix and am out $600. This is the only company I have ever dealt with that has a 2 week warranty and no one to talk to.
Stunning piece of art. Arrived in a timely manner. One of a kind in my newly remodeled living room, wish I could show a picture, I bought the 24" wall model. Looks cool above my fireplace.
The product is amazing, and exactly as described. It's stunning to see in person. I was gifted one for the holidays from my boyfriend and it's definitely one of my favorite gifts.
I ran into one hiccup, but still give them 5 stars due to the outstanding and exemplary customer service that was provided.
The shipment was a bit delayed, but the customer service department communicated there was a staffing issue in addition to the holiday rush of orders. So it's understandable and worth it for the product in my opinion. They offer fully insured shipping on your package and I can attest to the fact that they will stand by that guarantee promptly without a single problem. I contacted them via DM on Instagram and received a response AND a resolution in less than 90 minutes. The representative was courteous, knowledgeable and eager to assist. I didn't have my order number, but they were able to look it up with other information which was incredibly useful and appreciated. Without any hesitation, they assured me that a brand new one would be shipped directly to me immediately at zero cost to me.
We all question ordering products like this, and understandably so, but I can vouch for them being not only legitimate but outstanding. I'd highly recommend them.
I ordered December 5. Sent an email Dec 20 as I was hoping it was going to make it in time for the holiday season. No response, emailed again, and messaged on their Facebook. Finally received a response told to wait 72 hours for shipped notification on Jan 2. Never received it. Asked to refund my order on Jan 5 as I no longer want the product due to their poor communication. Got a email back pretty fast stating they sent to their billing department for review but no response after that(same day). Now January 8 2024, I received a shipped notification. This company customer service is ridiculous.

Do not buy this , Does not work like shown , The sand drops in 10 seconds , Unbelievably disappointed on Christmas morning , DO NOT BUY THIS ! ,Want a refund please , Do not have needles in my home for any kind of adjustments !

I ordered my product on November 28th and they said 7-14 days shipping. It is now December 20th and still no product. I have emailed them twice with no response, I am very disappointed with their customer service!!

I ordered my product on December 2, it is now December 16th. I have had no communication, and according to the website my order status is "ordered". I am worried this is a scam and I am out almost $90.00.
