This was my first time ordering from Samuel Johnston. Purchased a butterfly 2 Stroller. Best price in the market, free delivery and received in 3 working days.

After looking around for the bugaboo butterfly 2 for some time, I found it on Samuel Johnston website for a great price, not only that but a further discount code was available to use. Free delivery with DPD which arrived in no time and I was able to choose a preferred delivery date.
Great service, price and quick delivery. Doesn’t get much better. Will definitely be using again.
(The parcel was addressed to Samuel Johnston though which did make us laugh)

Avoid this company, at a time of needing the most out of money they false advertise bundles and then refuse to accept stuff is missing, my mum in law ordered a bundle for us which clearly had a thermometer and a play gym with it, the parcel came and none of either included. Forward to a rude email stating package should've been opened within 3 days and discrepancy reported. This is obviously a scam company who are just out to rob the people when vulnerable and need the most out of there money for the newborn, adding unwanted stress and anger to an already difficult time.

Good quality products, good customer service, willing to help and guide with pictures. I had some issues which wasn’t the companies fault however upon contacting them they have helped and resolved my issue and also have offered me a 5% good will gesture. Love the Jané crosslight pro.

A review of my purchasing experience - not the item bought. Competitively priced stroller. Great comms and quick delivery. Arrived sooner than expected. Cannot comment on after sales support, as item is new and I hopefully will not need to get in touch about any issues.

Good website information, easy to find what i wanted and to order. Delivery was on time and very speedy (next day). Really happy with the price and i paid and communication, what's not to like? Yes i will use again, most definitely.

I purchased the Be Cool Fit 360 Rotating i-Size Car Seat 40–105cm, 0 -4 Years . The car seat was better than I expected and there was a sale on which made it even better. Item arrived in half the stated time and that's from England to Ireland for under €10. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Lovely products and really helpful customer service. The Sophie la Girafe items are beautiful and although the packaging arrived a little damaged in transit, the team responded very quickly and resolved things straight away with a kind gesture. It was a easy process to buy online. I kept getting serval email regarding the progress of the shipment of my item.

They had the car seat I was looking for in stock and £100 cheaper than anywhere else I could find. I ordered online then emailed them to see if I could collect it as I live close to the warehouse. Someone got back to me very quickly and I was able to pick the item up the next day.

We ordered a pram budnle and we're very happy with it and was delviered on time. I'll definietely order again from Samuel Johnston.

Emailed about the availability of an Item Monday evening, got a very quick response telling me they were in stock as of that day just not checked in and I could place my order, I placed my order Monday night and by Wednesday morning I had my travel system down in the south east of Ireland! Can’t complain about any of it not to mention the price was better than most places we looked
