I bought the galaxy fold 7 partly because they offered £300 cashback. Eventually got it. I want a watch. There are no watches for less than £300 AND you can't top up the card to buy a slightly more expensive one. I was told to buy something for less than £300. What a con.

Brought a new Samsung and promised £200 cashback if I submitted a claim. I sent all of the paperwork and it was all approved and yet here I am 4 months later still waiting. Noone to contact, just a reference which states it's being processed. Absolutely scam. Now looking to trading standards to investigate false promotions

Shame I have to give 1 *. They don't deserve that. The staff in the phone shop promoted this offer & helped with the initial claim which came back asking for more information. The code to access the claim didn't work. We returned to the phone shop. The claim was cancelled & resubmitted. This time Samsung wanted proof for a watch. I hadn't bought a watch! We resubmitted to be told the codes had already been used! Well yes they had unsucessfully! This is a scam & I suggested this to the staff in the phone shop who told me Samsung actually want people to claim but they aren't doing so. Mmmm I wonder why!!

Ze maken het je zodanig moeilijk met allerlei mails en regeltjes zodat de actie verloopt zonder dat je er gebruik van kunnen maken hebt...
Beetje goedkoop, Samsung.

Supposed to get a rewards after purchasing phone . Waited 30 days. Then text it's on its way been waiting 9 days. Tried several contact numbers and e- mails no help. Can't speak to a human absolutely. Had samsung phones and things for years but not pressed with the service at all. Be going else there in future.

je me suis occupée du dossier de remboursement pour mon petit frère qui devait être remboursé à hauteur de 192€ et dont il a reçu un mail de rejet après 3 tentatives de transmission des éléments
Les 2 premiers avant rejet il était indiqué "l'étiquette du produit n'apparaît pas découpée de son emballage" l'emballage est la boîte donc j'ai suivi ce qu'il demande de 3 façons (étiquette sur le carton, étiquette collée sur une feuille, et étiquette en photo) hors après contact ENFIN à leur service il fallait "découper l'étiquette avec l'emballage" et non à leurs dires la décoller.
Il serait bien que les indications soient claires afin que tout le monde puisse faire la bonne démarche
Peut-être (ironique) est ce voulu pour ne pas rembourser !!!
Ce sont des voleurs qui ne cherchent qu'une chose appâter les clients avec des offres et les prendre pour des idiots en rejetant le remboursement. J'appelle cela une arnaque dont les services de fraudes à la consommation devraient vivement enquêter. A bon entendeur !!

6 months later, nada and pretty much impossible to chase up.
Fraudulent offer or incompetence one way of the other.

Samsung sont des voleurs concernant leur offre. Tout est fait pour que vous achetiez mais que vous obteniez aucun remboursement.
Tout d'abord pour la transmission des documents cela a été une galère. J'ai deja participé à des offres similaires pour d'autres marques et je n'ai jamais eu aucun problème. Sauf samsung! En effet, je ne pouvais pas valider l'onglet des justificatifs. J ai fait via via 2 ordi et mon tel et rien. J ai du contacté l'assistance pour qu'elle puisse me renvoyer un lien et surtout utiliser chrome. Car avec d'autre navigateur ca ne fonctionne pas !
Cool participation validée. Sauf que je reçois un mail me disant qu'il faut que je retransmette ma facture car soit disant elle n'est pas eligible. Ok je retransmets. Je recois un mail que ma participation est validée. Et là cette semaine on m'envoie un mail pour me dire que mon rib n'est pas lisible. Il etait la semaine d'avant mais pas la semaine d'après. Ok je retransmets en pdf et couleur. Et là on me renvoie un mail pour me dire que mon dossier n'est pas valide et que je n'aurais aucun remboursement. J'ai tout fait même découper l'etiquette. D'ailleurs on se demande pourquoi la decouper !
En plu, je n'ai jamais reçu mon code pour pouvoir suivre l'avancement de mon dossier. Je suis très déçue de samsung car j ai acheté le S6 car il y avait l'offre. Alors non seulement il tient meme pas 24h de baterie. Donc autant vous dire que pour un usage professionnel il est trés limité. je boycottais samsung justement car ils ne sont absolument pas commercant et que leur telephone regresser. Je regrette d'avoir acheté samsung. Je vais le vendre et retourner à la concurrence .

Purchases 3 phones between me my partner and my parents and should get £150 each we've got the card details yet can't spend it anywhere everytine we put it into a website and get notification it still says failed. When first tried to set it up it says add to samsung wallet yet they tell me it can't be added to it well why does the site say it then. Annoyed keep chasing our own money and can't spend it as no1 will help

Onmogelijk om gebruik te maken van deze actie, als je alle uren optelt die je kwijt bent om gegevens aan te leveren kun je beter de smartwatch zelf kopen.
Scheelt ook wat frustratie.
Ze blijven net zo lang om gegevens vragen tot de datum overschreden is en de actie niet meer geldig is.

Hele slechte klanten service team. Die totaal geen benul hebben over de voorwaarden van de promoties en nog eens niet behulpzaam. Ik werd binnen 3 dagen door 7 verschillende mensen te woord gestaan. 1e dag zeggen ze akkoord met de overeenkomst , 2e dag oh toch niet.
Ze weigerden een email adres te geven waar mijn juridische bijstandshulp adviseur een in gebrekestelling brief kan e-mailen. Dus Samsung hoofdkantoor graag uw klantenservice team onderzoeken.

Krijg je later een mail dat de foto niet duidelijk is.
Maar dat is dus schijnbaar niet het echte probleem, er moest andere info op de foto staan, maar daar kom je pas achter na appen met een medewerker.
Na maanden wachten is de tablet eindelijk bezorgd.
Geen Samsung promotions meer voor mij, wat een gezeur.

I had serious doubts about actually recieving my pre paid card due to all the bad reviews, however I received it today!
Acceptance of claim took around 4/5 days and then it said I would receive the pre paid card within 30 days, I received it today on day 28.
Spoke to customer services a couple of times just to ensure it was actually legitimate and they reassured me.

Samsung promotions are a fraudulent thing. Bought Damsung Z flip 7 fe. £200 reward back. Approved it. But now have to upload documents to prove who you are due to money laundering rules? Don’t make me laugh. I won’t be uploading my ID to a site whose security is lax to say the least. Luckily the phone can be returned. Which I’m going to do in the morning. I will never ever buy a Samsung item again if any sort. Ridiculous.

I submitted my invoice for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 promotional Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 gift claim on 6 October 2025. Months later, when checking via WhatsApp, the status still shows: “claim number currently unassigned.”
After contacting the promotional team, I was told they do not have stock of the promised gift and that it would be processed once stock becomes available. That is unacceptable — don’t advertise a promotion if you can’t fulfill it.
I followed up again via email on 5 December and received absolutely no response.
To date, there has been zero communication, zero accountability, and zero resolution. This is extremely poor service and a disappointing experience from a brand of this size.

I bought a Samsung TV in November 25, I was told by the chat box how to make my VAT refund which I then applied for. The outcome was no reply at first, then after I chased it up I was told that my photos couldn’t download. I applied again only to be told that I had run out of time on the promotion and basically tough!
This attitude and after reading others opinion on Trust Pilot, I would suggest anyone thinking of buying a Samsung product should think twice. They seem to be a shoddy outfit!

Publicité ODR mensongère de la part de Samsung. Vous achetez un téléphone a un prix conséquent et on vous promet un remboursement. Or, votre demande est refusée par Samsung alors que mon étiquette est parfaite avec tous les éléments bien visibles. C'est terminé, je n'achèterai plus cette marque qui est d'une mauvaise fois immodérée.

Een horloge gekocht bij Media Markt in Leidschendam met 100 euro cashback van Samsung. Dan denk je das zo gebeurd, helaas zo makkelijk gaat dat niet. Naar de Media Markt in Delft gegaan en goed geholpen door Jasmijn zij heeft alles voor mij ingevoerd maar helaas toen ik thuis kwam was er weer iets niet goed ingevoerd, wederom nieuwe foto's e.d. ingevoerd na er al een keer uitgegooid te zijn alles opnieuw geüpload. Nu maar weer afwachten of het nu wel wordt geaccepteerd? vandaag bericht gekregen op 13-2 met dat de 100 euro binnen 6 tot 10 weken zal worden geretourneerd, ben benieuwd.
