Samsung Omdömen 

Someone keeps accessing my Samsung A54 5G mobile phone and spent 4hours on the phone trying to get to the bottom of it. But just got passed on to another section and this whent on until I done a factory reset got new email addresses phone number changed passwords etc and that shld fix it but no 2 days later it started again and still keeps happening. But everyone tells me there is nothing wrong when I get locked out of accounts etc I'm using all the security ways to keep safe. Why does this keep happening?? I'm almost ova Samsung products never again will I buy Samsung products if you carnt fix my problem

Iv been using samsung devises since the first samsung note.phn. witch I still have in a draw. I also have a samsung TV If I could I would have everything samsung. Just a better product and built strong. Samsung all the way.

The customer service I recieved was above and beyond.

When Samsung promote a gift with purchase offer through a telco partner or an authorised dealer then those businesses should be able to complete the offer in house. ie., supply the bonus item immediately the new purchase is finalised..

I bought few things with Samsung. Zfold6, ZFlip for my wife, S90d for our TV, S11 U for myself and couple accessories and all of them were working and no hiccups. Definitely will be buying more product from Samsung.

I've been using Samsung for a long time. My phone usually lasted very long and hence I always use Samsung. Unfortunately it is not with the case after I spent extra money to purchase Galaxy S22 Ultra. I always look after my phone very well.
In September there was a software update and after the update my phone camera is not working properly.
I went to the Samsung store in the city to have the phone checked, only to be told the city store has no Technician on site. I then drove all the way to Macquarie service centre to have my phone checked.
Both stores did not provide a good customer service. It made me feel like they not happy with their job.
I was told that it will cost me $550 for the part. It is unfair that I have to pay.
I even loaded a complaint online but nothing been done too.
Overall very disappointed with Samsung services. I never had issues with many of my previous Samsung phone, but the one time I have issue, it is a disappointed experience.

Can I say that I own a lot of samsung products in my home they last for years my first phone to my washing machines to my fridge I be lost without them

The Samsung S25 is of high quailty easy to use. Im in love with this phone with all the features it has. Would highly recommend to anyone looling for a new phone.

I used to be an apple girl back in the early 2000s but one day I swapped to Samsung and found that their products were so much easier to navigate and easy to deal with if I ever had an issue it has always been delt with quickly and with no fuss or hesitation.
I really feel confident when buying Samsung products and feel they really value their customer service.

Longevity of my cellphone

I love Samsung products. They are easy to use, last for ages, don't break very often and value for money. They are the only TV we have in our home.

Samsung products are amazing, the information inrelation to my query could not have been any better. Oh yes it could ir is Samsung, answerred my questions professionally and was very patient which is muchly appreciated and welcomed by myself.
