I used this service in Manchester for tests and immunisation two years ago when going to volunteer as a health care worker for a Charity in Africa. The service was absolutely excellent and I couldn't sing their praises enough.
Although expensive, it was worth it.
As some of the tests have to be repeated every two years, I went back to them.
This time, the experience that I had was not a positive one. The Receptionist that I spoke to on Friday did not know what she was doing. I accept that she may be new, but she could have accessed my records and listened to what I was saying.
When I saw Dr Hatton yesterday, he made me feel like I was just a job that he had to do. There was no eye contact and he was not personable in any way. This is a start difference from the two doctors that I dealt with two years ago.
Given how I felt when I left his office, I will be rethinking using them next time.

I attended the Manchester clinic, which was clean, modern, and welcoming. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Dr Luke Oates is an excellent doctor with a great amenability and openness. He helped both my sister and me with a number of health concerns, and we found his advice to be excellent, clear, thoughtful, practical and reassuring. He also has a great and appropriate sense of humour which is appreciated!
