Excellent at cooking vegetables for the children, will look at getting some of the larger pieces at a later date when we can afford it.

I had this cookware since 2004, still looks good, never had to buy another cookware again, it help me control my weight even though I have a hypothyroid by eating more nutritious vegetables, cooking with no oil and it saves me a lot of time as it is easy and quick to cook any dish, saves me a lot too with my gas and electric bills. It was so worth the investment! Thank you saladmaster!😍🥰

The products are good but over priced. When i spoke to the staff member before the day of the demo i was told something different from what i was told after the purchase which was" you refer 6 contacts and get the salad maker free only after they agree to demos too". when I bought one it was because I believed i would get the free item and the money spent would not be as much. This experience has left me feeling taken advantage of and would not recommend anyone else to saladmaster.

wish i never bought them i went from cosco pans to salad master spend $7k and my whole family hates them they are hard to clean and everthing sticks to them so not worth the money went back to costco pans last night and will try to recover a small amount back by selling them on facebook

problem since 2022.
I bought a kettle from them and other expensive products. The kettle was good initially, but it tripped off my electricity for about a year. I called an electrician who also confirmed this.
I was asked to return it by recorded delivery of over 15 pounds. They sent it back saying it was tested and it was ok. A few months later, the same thing happened, and I was asked to send it back, and I sent it back. The kettle spent a few months with them, and they said it was fine.

The kettle was returned unclean as if it had not been touched, despite all the warranty, including yearly cleaning support from the salespersons.

I was asked to do a video to show the tripping of electricity. I found that very insinuating. In my opinion, I feel they are saying that I'm lying.

I waited until a friend came to visit, and we decided to use the kettle; this is no longer working but did not trip off my electricity. It stopped in the middle, and the water was not boiled.

I sent the video and emailed that I would return the kettle, but I was ignored. I have sent it back with recorded delivery, and I have sent the evidence of postage. For the last three weeks, I have ignored it.

I have not received my kettle or acknowledgement of what they will do.

After spending thousands on their product, they could not replace a kettle. What does the lifetime guarantee mean?

I have the products and need a damaged item replaced. Told in sales pitch you get a lifetime warranty but no follow up instructions on how to get help.
Can someone assist? BAD BOY Controller not working. No sales please just assistance with life time warranty.

I was searching internet for Saladmaster Sales Rep near me in Sumter County, Fl., and found Eric in Eustis, Fl....Gave him a call and told him about the Saladmaster Set we got in 1967, that I needed an electrical plug for my electric skillet...and told him some of the knobs for the lids have broke over the years, and, he said he had knobs for the lids he had saved over the years...He said he could be here in an hour....AND, HE WAS!!! Wow! He came in and replaced the knobs on the lids....This Sales Rep is The Best I have ever met....I had all the cookware on the counters and he replaced all the lost knobs...The electrical insert he brought did not fit, unfortunately, however, I will order that through the corporate office. The catalog number is on the back of the Electrical Plug.....So, I got a bonus, anyway, the replacement of the lid knobs....This cookware still looks good and cooks everything perfectly....Eric from the Saladmaster - Eustis location, on the internet, is the most knowledgeable Sales Rep I have met in years....I got my set when my son was only about a year old...and I was alot younger!!! Ha! Any family who purchases these pots and pans will have a healthier future, than buying plastic coated or aluminum pans....These are stainless steel and I have had this set about 56 years!!!! Thank you Saladmaster...

My experience with salad master is difficult. I'm so sad I am on date now for 8 months. They told us you're gonna make money, And we paid 5000 pound, and we haven't received. No, even a penny, it is just a trap. From poor people

I want to share my experience on having our saladmaster cockware for a month now and its really fascinating experience it really help my family.

But yesterday, unfortunately our electric kettle was mistakenly used by placing on gas burner by my mother in law during her house visit and sadly the bottom part got burned.

I am writing this to ask an advise on how to repair my electric kettle. Is there any parts available to replace the item?

I reported about my experience with Salad master dealer over a month ago.
I made a report on how Salad master cookware company has been deducting my money from my bank account for goods/ pots, they did not supply, despite the fact that their representative came to my house in Canada, checked and confirmed this.
Dealer’s name is Abby Ajayi in Ottawa.
The purchase was year 2021 and it took the dealer two years to supply the few pots that were not up to half of the Executive Chef set. This is breach of contract.
I want them to calculate the exact amount of cookware supplied and charge me on it, instead of charging my account on the Executive Chef set which they didn’t supply since year 2021. I was not aware of the pots contents and there was no knowledge of the cookware that was supposed to be given by the dealer. No follow up as to ensure the number of cookware supplied.
They were just after money without human feelings. Several complaints has been made to Abby Ajayi and Maple Financial but no action taken as they kept on overcharging us.
This matter shall be taken up legally any moment from now. Kindly intervene. Thanks.

I have 1 set of saladmaster, they say saladmaster is a heavy duty, I’m asking a question why when my saladmaster ricecooker accidentally fall in my hand while Im washing. Nag karoon ng dent agad.

I bought a couple of sets a couple of years ago. Spent more than £7500 with interest. I have the two kettles electric and the whistling stove kettle. The electric kettle was accidentally placed on a hot surface. The cheap plastic bottom melted. Understandably not covered on warranty. I was told to dispose of £415.00 kettle, no replacement for the tacky cheap plastic under the kettle. No repairs. I was then told to try to win another kettle by bringing customers. As much as I have money to buy another kettle or introduce my rich friends. I walked out of their shop disappointed with their poor customer service. Unnecessary expensive pots and kettles. Complete waste of money. Never again. Please please don’t waste your money not worth the hassle and warranty is only on paper not practical.

The company does business with not really honest sellers who sell you hot air. extremely expensive for the quality of the product. financing with maple valley is with extremely high rates, but they don't tell you about it! investigate and do not give out your bank details. Walk away, pyramid selling

Their cookware are quite nice to be sincere but the cost price are ridiculously expensive (e.g a set of 3 cookware for about 3,700 pounds). Who invest such into a cookware when there are load of other cookware in the world market with same quality. Word of advice; Don’t fall for their tricks and persuasion.

Ridiculously expensive cookware. We were coerced to buy their professional set for $8900. 5 pans and a kettle!!! We tried returning the product 2 days after we signed the paper and got the pans but the agent is quite coercive. Did not address the fact that I would like to return it right away until it was too late. Contacted the financial company on the 11th day. big mistake. For future buyers, you can return the cookware within 10 days, you do not need to contact your distributor for that. Just print the shipping label and send it back to their address. All these will be on the cancellation policy. Make sure to have proof of all these. NO NEED TO GIVE YOUR AGENT REASON WHY YOU ARE RETURNING as long as it is still within the 10 day period. We are not so happy with this product. Non stick!? Yeah right! everything has been burnt because food kept sticking in the pans. If I could go back in time, I wish I never heard about this product. The whole process that we've been through is full of deceit! I decided not to ask my friends to demo their product even though the demo would benefit me. Buying Salad Master is one of the biggest mistake I have done in my whole life. I always believe in KARMA. So for those who deceits their fellowmen, what goes around come around.

I've attended for the sake of my colleague. Honestly, the product is okay, however, the price is ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend it to be honest as it's not really something that you would like to invest into. They are pushy as well and they make you feel bad. I hated the experience so please, stop! Sell it to the market and stop pushing people to buy it. No means NO! For Christ sake! You are literally shaming your own nation! Come on guys! Be realistic, the product is so expensive! Your parents wouldn't agree with your speech! Be real on that!

This is the worst experience, my coworker invited me to join the salad master demo, I agreed to come for the sake of my co worker that she can able to accumulate the points. Of course all kind of positive about the cooking ware is perfect but after talking about the price is expensive more than the house in the Philippines. The agent is to aggressive asking to get the items, even you say no already until you went home she keep send you a msg and follow up. one day i try to refer her to other client so that she stop, but unfortunately the client don’t buy anything then she go back to me again. I signed the product but next day I changed my mind because my husband is not really happy and we argued already, i try to call and send her a msg to cancel the product but she’s not answering anymore. Next day she come to our house without calling me, she called me where here downstairs and bring the product but I told her I’m not interested anymore, I cancel it , I’m so tired already i just came from work but all kind of annoying word like pls is not good that we came here and your not going to show up etc . I went downstair to stop but they really insisted both husband and wife, i try to tell them I don’t have money to pay that amount but they offer lots of things. I decided to sign which i have lot's of hesitation and respect to them because where the same culture. I called them again to decided to return it but there not answering anymore!!!!! i try to call there ofc but the can’t help me also. What a scam. Hopefully you can help me to return the product there not starting to take out money on my account.

No! No!! More like we were psychologically coerced to buy it, it’s just like any other pot. The sale strategy was so forced, maybe if I was relaxed while buying it and I don’t feel I was pressured, just maybe my review will be different. I stick with the feeling that it’s overpriced, even for us who got a set that was supposed to be discounted.
