I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one genuinely deserves a moment of appreciation.

I never fully realised how much my cookware could impact my healty and my family’s—until recently. Like many people, I used to buy whatever was affordable without giving it much thought.

I was raised in a household that emphasised being mindful of what you eat, which made me very conscious of my health from a young age. As someone who weightlifts 3–4 times a week, what I fuel my body with is a priority.

I came across Saladmaster through a cooking demonstration, and I’ll admit—I was initially sceptical. It almost sounded too good to be true. However, after seeing it in action and experiencing it for myself, I was genuinely impressed.

The ability to cook without oil while still preserving the natural flavours of the food was something I didn’t expect. Everything tastes cleaner, fresher, and more nourishing. It has made me far more intentional about what I’m putting into my body.

It’s not the cheapest option, but I now see it as an investment in my long-term health rather than just cookware. The quality, durability, and overall benefits make it worthwhile for me.

For me, investing in something that genuinely benefits you and your family is far more valuable than always choosing the cheapest option. In the long run, quality gives you peace of mind. It’s similar to choosing a car—you can go for the cheapest option, or you can invest in something reliable, comfortable, and built to last. I’ve learned to prioritise quality over quantity.

If you’re serious about your health and making better long-term choices, I would highly recommend at least exploring it. It has completely changed the way I think about cooking.

As for the negative reviews—keep an open mind. It’s something you truly need to experience for yourself to understand its value.

My Saladmaster Experience ❤️

When I first experienced the Saladmaster presentation, I was honestly impressed—not only by the cookware itself, but by the realizations I had about my own eating habits and health.

Before the presentation, I never really paid much attention to what I was putting into my body. Most of the time, my mindset was simply, “As long as I'm full and my hunger is gone, that's enough.” I focused more on satisfying my hunger than on asking myself whether I was actually giving my body the nutrients it needs.

But during the presentation, I started thinking differently.

I realized that being full doesn't necessarily mean being properly nourished. I may be overweight, but I also realized that my body may not be getting enough of the nutrients it needs from the food I regularly eat.

With my busy lifestyle, stress, and lack of sleep, I also noticed that I seem to get sick from time to time and sometimes feel that my body struggles to keep up. It made me stop and ask myself: Am I really taking care of my body, or am I simply eating enough to get through the day?

That was one of the biggest realizations for me.

The presentation made me look at food differently—not just as something that fills my stomach, but as something that should nourish and support my body.

Of course, Saladmaster cookware is a significant investment. When I first heard the price, I also thought, “That's really expensive for cookware!” 😅

But after learning more and experiencing the cooking demonstration myself, I started looking at it from a different perspective. If I am willing to invest in so many things in life, shouldn't I also consider investing in something I use every day to prepare the food I eat?
For me, this isn't simply about owning expensive cookware. It's about becoming more conscious of what I eat, how I prepare my food, and how I take care of myself.

The biggest takeaway from the presentation wasn't just the cookware.

It was realizing that I need to pay more attention to myself and what I put into my body.

And that's why I decided that this is an investment worth making—not only for my kitchen, but as part of my commitment to taking better care of myself. ❤️

Sometimes, the most valuable thing we gain from an experience isn't what we buy, but the realization that makes us change the way we live.

Saladmaster is the key to a healthy cooking & eating lifestyle! Had gestational diabetes and did not require oral anti-Diabetes tablets or insulin due to healthy cooking with saladmaster. I’ve been a long‑time Saladmaster owner and have several pieces that have all performed well. Unfortunately, one of my skillets developed a permanent black discoloration after normal tortilla cooking. I followed every cleaning method Saladmaster recommends — including Bar Keeper’s Friend paste and repeated cleaning cycles — but the discoloration didn’t lift.
I contacted Saladmaster with photos and a full explanation. After multiple rounds of communication and escalation to corporate, they classified the issue as “discoloration” and said any staining or surface change is excluded from their lifetime warranty, even when it happens under normal use and even when the product is only a year old. They declined warranty coverage and instead offered a 50% discount on a new model.
None of my other Saladmaster pieces have ever developed this issue under the same cooking and cleaning routine, so this skillet is clearly an outlier. It’s disappointing to learn that Saladmaster’s “lifetime warranty” does not cover surface changes that occur during normal cooking, even when the product is still very new.
Sharing this so other customers understand how Saladmaster applies its warranty in practice.

The cook wear is very expensive. The first started off on a cooking demonstration. I think this is deceptive. If you want to sell a product just let persons know in advance that is your plan.
Secondly I was given no time really to decide if i really need the pot set at this point in time.
I took the set, never used it one month after I told them I don't want the set anymore, I have other financial obligations and would not be able to pay for the set, I have not use it they can collect the set and keep what ever monies I would have paid them and they are refusing to collect set back.

The cookware itself is decent quality, but in my opinion, it does not justify the extremely high price. Be especially cautious if they encourage you to finance the purchase — I would strongly recommend thinking carefully before agreeing to any financing options.

We purchased the full set over 10 years ago and, overall, it has held up fairly well with only a few issues. However, when I recently tried to make a warranty claim for one of the pans, I was disappointed to find that it was not covered. Instead, I was offered 50% off a replacement, but even with the discount, the cost would still be around $900 for just one pan.

After spending thousands of dollars on cookware that was presented as a long-term investment with strong guarantees, I expected better warranty support. Paying hundreds more to replace a single piece feels unreasonable.

Are the pans good? Yes, they are well-made. But considering the price and the limitations of the warranty, I believe there are other cookware options that could provide similar quality at a much better value. Looking back, I feel I could have purchased multiple quality cookware sets for the same amount of money and still saved.

I recently hosted a dinner presentation from Saladmaster, and while the salesman was explaining the technology, several major red flags came up.

First, he claimed the cookware is made with titanium and denied that titanium changes color under an open flame. Anyone with a basic understanding of metallurgy knows that titanium oxidizes and changes color when exposed to direct heat. The fact that their cookware doesn't do this suggests that either the titanium percentage is extremely low or it isn't there in the way they claim.

Second, they use a classic "baking soda test" to convince you that your current pots are releasing dangerous chemicals. This is just basic chemistry trickery. Baking soda reacts with almost any metal or residue during a boil to clean it and alter the taste it does not mean your regular pots are poisoning you.

Finally, the presentation ended with a blatant pyramid scheme-style recruitment pitch to get you to sell the product to your friends and family.

No matter how good the cooking method might be, the product is completely overpriced. A 5-piece set from a world-renowned premium brand like Le Creuset costs around £600. Charging £5,000 for a Saladmaster set is absolutely ridiculous. Do your research before buying and don’t fall for the high-pressure sales tactics. Save your money.

Saladmaster say they Change Lives, I have to agree 110%. The Saladmaster cooking system has changed my life in just a few months of using this amazing cookware. My health has improved beyond words. I have ditched my old conventional cookware which was polluting my blood and body, and with Saladmaster cookware and simple education I am eating very safe, healthy and wholesome food. Everything prepared in this cookware reaches the plate pure, full nutrients preserved, and cooked perfectly in a fraction of the time and on very low heat. It means I also save a lot of money from using much less energy! I have seen a significant drop in my energy bills!

Why does everyone not know of this cookware? Please continue to spread this amazing miracle and save a lot of lives out there.
