I have been a Saladmaster user since 2017, and it is the only cookware brand I would truly recommend not only because of its durability, but also because of the health benefits you get from cooking with it.

I’m also very thankful to Ainee of AB Health for her constant guidance and encouragement. She doesn’t just sell the product she genuinely supports and accompanies you throughout your Saladmaster journey.

I have a great experience when I purchased the product,Ms Maryrose was supportive , from initial up to final stage . Ms Carol and Allen were also accomodating when it comes to answering query regarding payment.Apart from service oriented people I am satisfied with the product in terms of quality ..To wrapped up satisfued customer her..

Mena and Annie of JMMAC healthy solution limited did a presentation to me that absolutely blew my mind. Imagine my shock when we performed the experiment and all my cookware was deemed unhealthy. And since purchasing and using the Saladmaster products I have used less oil, made some meals faster. It’s been a great experience an I’m looking forward to purchasing more products.

I’ve had my set since 2011, and up to now it’s still working amazingly, like brand new! What I love the most is that I can cook almost anything without using oil. It has really helped me and my family eat clean, safe, and healthy food every day. No more toxic cooking!

Carl Jmmac is such an homely and professional personality. My pots were over 3years old and he did a fantastic transformation that wowed me. The pot came out cleaner, shinner like when I just had them.

After purchasing a full set of these saucepans January 2025 when being convinced because I have children that this product can prevent cancer, arthritis, heart disease and many other illnesses and then put on a plan which would cost me £99.01 a month for the next 4 years. From the Birmingham branch of SaladMaster.
I was trapped into this and it came to a point I could not afford to keep paying for these. I decided to challenge SaladMaster and not long after they agreed to pay off the loan if I returned the saucepans which I did return and they told me I will not pay anymore but the following 2 weeks later they took the payment of £99.01 so they had not done as they said. It took me over 4 weeks later to sort this out myself as SaladMaster Birmingham branch did nothing.
I am still out of pocket with the money I have paid of £1287.13p and am not getting any response from SaladMaster Birmingham branch did nothing. I have even contacted the head office and they are now not responding to my query of my money.
The stress this company has caused me and the financial impact it has had on me all because I was pressured into buying these saucepans because of there magical healing powers .
I would not recommend anyone falling for there selling tactics and stay well clear .
I just want my money back I have no product and are massively out of pocket .

The pans are pretty decent but not worth the price, especially if they wanna talk you into financing. Stay away from their financers. DON'T DO IT!!! We have had the full set for 10 plus years with little issues but we did try to claim a pan and of course it was not covered under the warranty and they wanted to offer me 50% off but even that is like $900 for a new pan. Its almost like, I wish there was a pan I could get and invest in that has a great warranty and swears they stand by their product so that after paying thousands of dollars I wouldn't have to pay another $900 to replace a pan...oh wait, I did that.... I did invest thousands with a promise of them being guaranteed and here we are. I am either out a pan or out $900 bucks... Like are the pans good? yea, but I feel like for the price and them not actually being guaranteed, I could have just bought two sets of pans by now and still saved.

So impressed by the demonstration.
Can't wait to use my new cookware.

Payment plans is scam , whatever happens , pots do not worth the amount. No doubt pots are good but the partners offering payment plans are scammers . Never at zero interest plan like you will naturally pick up in some other stores in the UK.
I got the pots and very large set but in retrospect there are definitely not worth the price.

I was blown away by the service and it takes a lot to impress me.
First of all, I bought a Salad master electric frying pan about 21 years ago. I took care of it. It’s like brand new however unfortunately the plug-in started failing.
At first I thought oh here we go I’ll try and find them to replace it but good luck with that.
Well, to my surprise first phone call and I was on the right path.
I spoke to Lorraine who said they had the part and it was $115 and that she would ship it out when she received the E transfer.
This very same day she had it packaged and out in the mail and gave me the tracking number which says it will be delivered Tuesday.
I’m literally blown away, I actually think I’ll be doing more business with them in the future.
