Poor Customer Service
Terrible customer service. So many different useless options on the answering service, and impossible to actually speak to a human. For that reason I will not be renewing my policies.

Sort out your contact details, Safeguard.
I'm a patient person. But trying to speak/live chat with a person just for a query regarding a possible claim has taken several hours and I'm now needing a lie down!
Terrible service, both in France now here. To be fair, once you're through to the right person, all is ok, but navigating the many available numbers and live/ AI chat has proved beyond challenging. Just .. WHY? In comparison to Red Pennant...well there is none. Very disappointed.
