Buying insurance was hassle free so…
Buying insurance was hassle free so that was a plus. Can't comment on how effective cover will be as it doesn't take effect until 11 October. Hopefully I won't be disappointed if a claim is necessary. Would have scored 5 stars but after 2 weeks I'm still waiting for the hard copy of the policy to arrive.

I should start by stating that my hearing is very poor on the phone and I am waiting for a cochlear implant.I was expecting to complete the contract online or by email.I was forced to make a phone call. I could not tell what the lady was saying so I passed over to my wife who also vould not tell what she was saying. As I had already completed the details online and seen all the small print,supposidly, it all seemed rather pointless and went on for about half an hour. Otherwise very good.
