Mandy was great

Fantastic service
Hi just wanted to say I had fantastic service from a lovely lady named Mandy , I was struggling to get my deposit back online, so I phoned up and Mandy was so helpful and she got my deposit back over the phone. She was so polite. I would definitely recommend Mandy.

Best customer service experience ever
I recently spoke with Christina Scott regarding my security deposit, and I just want to say how absolutely amazing she was. From start to finish, she was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. She guided me through the entire process, filled everything in with me, and made something that felt stressful so much easier.
Not everyone is confident with technology or online forms, and it truly means a lot when someone takes the time to support you properly. The whole process was handled quickly and professionally, and it was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had over the phone.
Thank you, Christina your help really meant a lot.
