My order confirmation showed a completely different product in a completely different size to the item I had selected. I contacted the company within an hour of receiving the confirmation, followed up multiple times by email and Instagram before the order was dispatched, yet no attempt was made to rectify the issue. They neither offered to send the item I had intended to purchase nor provided a prepaid return label for the unopened item they sent. Instead, I was expected to spend my own time and money returning a product that I maintain I never selected, making for an extremely disappointing customer experience.

Paid over 150 US dollars for the Camo jacket. Was totally excited since i Loved their etos and style. But It was lowkey not worth it. They promise highQuality fabrics, but the jacket is synthetic all over. (Made in China).

Returns policy is a mess. All i wanted was a simple exchange. I now have paid for the original shipping cost, the return cost AND shipping of the new item (literally just a different size). So that's $45 for a $99 item. I also live a few suburbs from their warehouse! Ridiculous.

I like the items but I wont be shopping with them again until they work on their returns policy. For an online store to make it this expensive and difficult just to exchange is beyond me.

The Camo Bomber is completely synthetic and sleeves are way too long covered the whole arm (annoying).
Didn’t offer any help and I ended having to pay for the return- therefore it cost me over $30 to try it on. They took fees from my purchase price and return postage was $20. Still waiting for the customer service teem to help.

Ive made my first order and there was an issue with it as Clearpay/afterpay charged me and sabbi never had a record of it

First the customer care wasn’t much helpful and I felt like they didn’t care about their customer but then everything got sorted now changing my bad review 1 star to 5

The quality dramatically differs between shirts. The return process is a nightmare internationally and they do not provide prepaid or reasonably priced return labels. It was expected to pay over $200 to return items that didn't even cost that much. Customer service was confusing and gave conflicting answers, ultimately leading to no resolution. Essentially said they would provide a prepaid label, then apologized for "confusion", and later on said they sent the email about a prepaid label "in error". Will not be purchasing from this brand again.
