Fantastic
It arrived when they said it would, and it’s just the cutest, comfiest chair I’ve seen. So some, very stable would definitely recommend this product. I bought the bag to empty the beans when us die for a wash so not had time to try yet.

Beautiful well made pouffe
Bought pouffe as a gift for my sisters birthday she loved it. She told me it’s really comfortable and great to put her feet up.
Fabric is lovely, soft and luxurious feel. Cushion is well stuffed, a beautiful well made pouffe.

Amazing Customer support
Have bought 2 beanbags from this company a couple of years apart had first beanbag for over 5 years
the easy fill part of the beanbag had started perish, probably not helped by the over energetic young teen at the time leaping on it, at nearly 17 he’s past that now
Anyhow RuComfy were VERY helpful and for a small cost repaired the beanbag added a brand new base to it and repaired a small hole I’d roughly stitched with a neat patch and returned it quickly
They were so friendly and helpful and value their customers even if it’s been a few years since purchase, can’t say i’ve had that experience with any other company
Would definitely purchase again

Poor customer service
Be careful when buying the sensory beanbag. I ordered and received it really quickly. However, the bean bag arrived with holes in it and I have sent 3 emails with no response. Poor customer service.
After this review the customer service team have made every effort to put things right on my order.

Bean bag is great
Bean bag is great and a nice size. Took me hours to transfer polystyrene balls from the netted bags to the bean bag. Maybe next time I won't do it 1 at a time to make sure I didn't lose any! Delivery was on day specified. Very happy with it all!

Really loved the product
Really loved the product. Good price point. Good quality. These are large bean bags with a water resistant, tough fabric. They also have an easy bean loading mechanism which significantly reduces the hassle of filling and emptying the bags when they need to be washed.
