My Patterdale Terrier absolutely loves his new bed from rucomfy. He gets home from a walk and straight away he goes off to lay down on his bed. It's definitely a 5 stars from the both of us.

I cannot recommend this company enough. They went above and beyond to ensure my granddaughter got her bean bag chair in time for Christmas, even though they told me that they’d practically shut down for the holiday period and I shouldn’t expect it before 6th Jan. Bean bag chair arrived 22nd Dec and its exactly what I’d ordered and of great quality. Recommended them to all my friends and wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Once again, thank you to all at Rucomfy.

Love this beanbag and use it for my 2 month old baby (under supervision). It’s really handy to pop him in when I’m doing something as he is too small yet for his bouncer

i got the hygge faux fur beanbag for christmas after begging my parents for it for months. safe to say it did not disappoint. it is incredibly comfortable and so easy to fall asleep in, i’m really big on comfort and particular of what i like but this is amazing. thank you ru comfy for making my christmas so amazing

Beanbag for my grandson arrived. Box was all ripped and split, but that was probably the delivery company.
Beanbag was in good condition but smaller than the measurements given. So, I ordered an adult Beanbag instead. Then tried to contact the company to return the first bag. Phone calls a waste of time. Emails a waste of time. Filled in their online form. Another waste of time. Now I'm stuck with a £70 Beanbag and stool that I have no use for and nowhere to keep. And no word on the replacement I ordered. Well, thanks RUComfy. I'm certainly NOT comfy.

Dreadful customer service. No response to my email. Live chat, no correspondence. Phone number says to leave a message. Stay clear of this site.

Had an issue with my order on the system so was a delay in getting my beanbag to me, however customer service was good after i emailed to catch up about it a couple times and a complimentary pillow to go with my chair was even given to me. Nicola was especially nice and helpful and I am very happy with my chair. Arrived in perfect condition and is super easy to fill and incredibly comfy. I find myself wanting to sit in it more than my own bed!

Ordered this bean bag. It was described as 15” cube. I wanted to use it as a kneeling pad. When it arrived it was much bigger than 15” cubed. Sure the top segment was 15” but it was bulging at the sites up to 20”.
I contacted the company who informed me that I had to pay for the return at a cost of £10. £24 less £10 to see it. BEWARE. Make sure it’s right before you order or get one from Amazon.

I ordered a dinosaur beanbag with a matching footstool. They do a good offer if you buy both at the same time. My order came quickly and in perfect condition. It's a very good quality beanbag. I know they sell the fillings seperately too, so I can order more of them when it starts getting a bit flat.
